We had a whole home reno this fall. It was an incredibly positive experience with the Domilya Team. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable and had amazing ideas and suggestions for our home. A big benefit for us was the “one stop shopping” for all aspects of the renovations - from engineering and design to construction. They always tried to get us the best price. Highly recommend!! The entire team is amazing and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. We renovated our master bathroom and couldn’t be happier with the results. Rachid and his team were meticulous with the details and Heba, Amy and the office team were fantastic is aiding us with our choices. I will most definitely use them again hands down.

Domilya team were exceptional. We selected them in January to help with renovation of our home in Oakville, while wife and i were preparing for our relocation from Texas. We did most of the engagements, designs, material selection and modifications over zoom due to Covid restrictions and 14 days quarantine requirements in Canada that made it impractical for either of us to visit Canada until months after start of renovation. We found the entire team to be highly professional and they consistently looked out for our interest. Our home turned out spectacular. Even though we spent (and did) more than original plan, we feel quite satisfied with the outcome. They are highly recommended.

Domilya Group just renovated our master bedroom ensuite and it's stunning!! From start to finishing touches, Heba, Rachid, Aili and the crews where fabulous. This is our third project with Domilya Group. Save yourself time, Domilya Group is the best of the best!

We had Domilya for renovation of our kitchen-living room space and bathrooms. The project initiated in Feb 2021, construction started Oct and completed in Feb 2022. Design/Showroom: Heba and the ladies at the show room worked with us on the design and material selections in the early phase. They were very communicative, helpful and did their very best to make things easier and make us feel comfortable. They also took care of any permit requirements without any hassle. Cost are on the high side, but it's justifiable for us to not to have to worry about going around sourcing materials. Construction: Rashid and his crew worked swiftly and generally very clean during demolition. Their contractors did amazing meticulous work; specifically their tiler, drywall/taping and plumber. The electrician did a clean job with their wiring and didn't cut corners with random junction boxes. Their finishing crew does unfortunately lack some attention to details; some deficiencies in paint, trims and hardware install. However, any deficiencies brought up were addressed and dealt with. This we believe, is a huge positive. Overall: Our project was delayed with on-going COVID situation at the time. Domilya remained in communication with us the entire time and provided satisfactory amendments. We are very happy with the finished project. Our kitchen-living room space is functional, beautiful and checked off boxes from our wish list. Both Heba and Rashid were also generous to suggest we can reach out to them to address any deficiencies we find down the line.

Domilya Group has completed an extensive interior and exterior renovation in our house in Oakville. This included an addition at the ground and basement floors with structural modifications and upgrade of both main and en-suite bathrooms on the 2nd floor. As an architectural designer, the first day that I met Rachid to discuss the details of the project, I liked his visions and knowledge. I knew that he is the contractor that I would like to work with and thankfully his price turned out the lowest amongst the 3 quotes we had received. Rachid loves what he does and gets involved in every single detail until it is done perfectly! He is always responsive and pleasantly accepts additional changes during construction either requested by us or required to make the final work better, within reasonable cost. He goes above and beyond to meet the Client's requirements and he sets his bar higher. His team is professional and amazingly dedicated and organized yet courteous, polite, and cooperative. This was very critical and important to us as we have been living on the second floor throughout the construction! It's worth mentioning that Rachid was flexible to our demand for access to one bathroom at all times, even though it resulted in extended construction time and he had to bring in some trades more than once. Also, the process of selecting and ordering finishes went smoothly with the resourceful Domilya Design and Supply Center, despite lockdowns and material shortage during the Covid-19 pandemic. Heba, Aili, Amy, and the entire office team were always ready to respond promptly and make arrangements for additional material orders and delivery in a timely manner to avoid any delay. They did this all with smiles and a friendly manner. Thanks to Rachid, Heba, and the entire team at Domilya Group! I would recommend them for any new or reno project.

Our experience with the Domilya team was very positive. The design and construction were high quality. The sub trades were extremely professional and courteous. When hiccups occurred, the team was responsive to concerns. We’d recommend Domilya to others looking to make their home more spectacular.

My husband and I want to thank Domilya for the wonderful job they did renovating our kitchen and main floor and all the extra things we added in. Despite Covid supply issues, Domilya did an excellent job, the team was always professional and helpful. The design studio was amazing and really helped us to visualize the final picture. Our house is absolutely beautiful now!
