if you want a roof job that will last do not go with this company, his performance was the height of mediocrity. Repeated calls for repair work go unanswered, i offered to pay and still nothing. The roofers i did get looked at the job and said it was the worst they have ever seen. When i told them the company they said actually for them it was the best of the worst. save your money go elsewhere. There were so many problems i can't list them all.

Roofline was quick to do the roof of my new home in Mississauga just before first December snowfall :) In the last two years there have been a few shingles that flew off and they attended to their repairs in a professional and timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof.

So Dave Ross can be all proud of starting with a truck and a trailer, but he has somehow forgotten about commitment and determination. Cory his young sales guy came to assess my job and gave me a price. (Cory is great btw), but none the less I couldn't get a start date out of them. So finally after many follow up phone calls on my part I'm told Dave the boss needs to come see my job for himself. Well cocky arrogant Dave rolls in when he feels like it and proceeds to tell me how inferior the previous roof job was and that the scope of the job is way bigger than he thought. Which in my world means he could potentially make more money, Dave proceeds to tell me that he'll get back to me with a price. Of course he doesn't and I am now chasing them down to get a new price and start date. Finally Cory gets back to me and says Dave doesn't want to do the job! So cocky arrogant Dave can't be bothered to get back to people to explain this like a professional would. I'm a builder and I will let everyone in the industry know this guy is a tragic joke and to stay clear, and if you're an average homeowner do not hire this idiot you have way too many choices out there. 2 months wasted by Roof Lines (pathetic)

As a builder of high quality homes, we have probably installed a dozen or more roofs with Roof Lines in the past 24 months alone. Asphalt shingle, flat, standing seam metal, etc and have always been happy with the results! Professional from beginning to end.

One day when we were walking, we were impressed with their work. Dave is a great guy, instills confidence and trust, All his staff are wonderful hard working tradesman, who take pride in their work. Excellent after service. Highly recommend this company. Shout to Dave

***PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING WITH DAVE FROM ROOFLINES*** In all the years I have worked with various contractors Dave is one of the most unprofessional contractor I have encountered. Dave was referred to us by a local Oakville builder to redo some work done by another contractor. He seemed nice on the initial meeting which happened in the summer of 2017. The work was being paid for by the builder (not by us) and Dave assured us that this was a job that was no issue to complete. He was quite informative showing us all the issues caused by the previous roofer and said he would come back shortly to get the job done. Weeks passed, months passed and at the end of the summer we followed up. Dave said he was very busy but would get it done. Again more time passed that we are now into December. Spoke with Dave on the phone (which he was in a bad mood) and asked when he was coming to get the work done. Dave wouldn’t give me a day or time, but assured me it would be done between Christmas and New Years. New year rolls around and I am now extremely frustrated. I didn’t have his cell phone so I phoned his office. I took multiple voicemails to his office (no one answers the phone live) and a pointed email to the builder saying we need the work done or they should get another roofer to do it. Dave finally calls me the day after the email went out to the builder and starts swearing at me telling me that I shouldn’t have sent that email to the builder. He said he will get the work done and hopes he never hears from us again. It wasn’t just the excessive swearing, but that he completely made me feel like I was inconveniencing him and ruining his day because I was holding him accountable to the work he said he would get done many months ago. To top it off he said it was only 4-5 hours worth of work!! When his team ended up completing the work they did a sloppy job in the portion they were responsible to fix (especially when compared to how the rest of the home was finished). Thankfully it is on the back portion of the house up high where it is not very visible. I would have been much more upset had rooflines done work that was highlight visible. Maybe this was an isolated example, but if I need anything done for my roof I would never use Dave/Rooflines and I highly recommend to pass this experience on to anyone who is looking for a roofer.

Dave and his crew did a beautiful job on our custom roof! Initially we were a little nervous since my husband and I couldn’t decide which type of roof or colour would best suit our home and our budget. We contacted Dave since he was referred to us by a friend we knew were very happy with their slate roof which was completed by Roof Lines last year. He took the time to come by our house to take a look at our roof and discuss the different options. Even though we had a lot of questions, Dave was always available to answer our call. Throughout the whole roofing install, his guys were very professional and clean, Dave would come by to make sure we were satisfied with the way the roof looked. He kept us informed with every step of the install. We really love the copper details he suggested, it completed the look we wanted. I would definitely recommend Roof Lines to my friends!
