★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just received delivery of our new appliances - although there was some concern over the "supply chain". Our salesperson Derek Cameron worked diligently to minimize the wait. We received a phone car this morning reminding us of delivery. The two gentlemen brought everything into the kitchen and reviewed each item (8). They were charming and very professional. GREAT JOB!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying a fridge was as easy as 1,2,3. Found a couple of refrigerators I liked on their website and had any questions I had answered through online chat. I could have completed my transaction right then and there but I'm the type of person that needs to see it in person. While they did not have my exact model in store the salesperson showed me comparable models. The whole experience was quick and painless and I would definitely shop for appliances at CAS. Delivery was also quick, within 4 days, while other retailers had an "approximate" delivery date in 2 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was so easy to shop here. I had an idea of which washer I wanted. Through a series of calls and texts Nick Benson found my match and was able to deliver next day. In the world today that was impressive! The guys delivered exactly when they said they would. They gave us a 30 minute heads-up. Fast and efficient and courteous. Good job CAS.

My dishwasher was delivered on time and the delivery people were great. I will very likely purchase my next appliance from Canadian Appliance Source Oakville. I am definitely recommending them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These folks are absolutely amazing. This is my third major appliance purchase from them and delivery (and in one case, my new refrigerator, installation), was professional, courteous, and extremely accommodating. Before shopping with CAS, I had begun to believe really attentive customer service had all but disappeared from the world of consumer satisfaction. They have more than restored my faith in both online and brick and mortar shopping.
As an added plus, they feature top of the line selections from major manufacturers and still appear to warehouse most of their line items, guaranteeing quick delivery. They appear to have adopted the annoying practice of “just in time manufacturing” like other stores that are more interested in their bottom line than in actual customer satisfaction.
This customer satisfaction is actually guaranteeing a healthier bottom line than that achieved by those short-sighted stores waiting months for stock to show up, especially true is the current transportation crisis.
It’s good to see their are some savvy businesses that understand retail is all about making the customer happy. Nothing like word of mouth advertising.
Kudos to Canadian Appliance Source. Well done. And a special shout out to their delivery crew. Two days and it’s here. I’ve been waiting two months for a bathroom fixture from another store, and they’re not even returning my calls for a status update. One of those nameless Just in Time manufacturing retailers. Enough said.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shout out to Nick B and his great service with an exceptionally large Kitchen Aid built-in fridge in June 2020. Today, we took delivery of a Bosch 300-series dishwasher, about 19 days after ordering it. We have been searching everywhere for one, and when we ordered, fully expected to wait until March-May of 2022. A little over two weeks later, here it is. Exceeded expectations in this COVID supply-chain-constrained market we're in right now. It's a Christmas miracle. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store and its employees were perfect and exactly what we needed. Our dryer broke and both the washer and dryer were at least 17 years old so we were prepared to replace them both. I walked into the store and Elizabeth was immediately available to help me run through the options and select a new washer/ dryer. One caveat was that it had to be available and in stock. We went through several options and she worked with me and talked it through explaining all the variables, and I was easily able to select something that worked for us and was available to be installed the very next day! The delivery guys were outstanding! Our old unit was oversized and difficult to remove and they worked with us to get the job done, and made it look easy. Then they installed the new units with no trouble whatsoever. We’ve been using the new units for a few days now and we are very impressed. I would 100% recommend this company and its employees to anybody else!

The appliances arrived much sooner than expected and the delivery and installation was flawless. The delivery crew, Chris (Junior) and his crew were friendly, polite, quick and thorough. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and that I was happy. I would definitely purchase from CAS again and would gladly recommend to others.
