D	David Bowman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a local OAKVILLE business that gives you professional and knowledgeable help with both the purchase and the after sale service. Their own delivery and setup staff were excellent and they really went the extra yard. When the drier plug would not reach the 220v wall receptacle they offered to get one of their contacts to move the plug for a very reasonable price. I am not sure you would get that kind of service from the big box stores. Recommended!

After spending $16k there were screw ups with items received, unannounced delivery, deliveries to incorrect address, ignorant and rude (called me a 'broad' and otherwise completely disregarded me when I tried dealing with him directly). Thank you Goemans for stepping in and helping me rectify the issues causes by Oakville Appliance.

Dishwasher never arrived. Called an said they would deliver dishwasher 3 days later. Never showed up and had NO record of any delivery to be made.

I wish I had recorded the way the manager spoke to me over the phone, it was so unprofessional, to the point he was swearing at me and hung up the phone. Can you imagine!! this guy is representing a business. Reading reviews after the fact I see I am not the only person he has treated this way. Amazing that he still holds a position dealing with customers. I have emailed the owner let's see if he wishes to keep a repeat customer. My worst experience with a salesman in 54 years, This is the first time I have ever felt the need to write a review, I am so disgusted.

Beautiful unit supplied and installed in record time.Bought appliances from them over 30 years ago and have had nothing but positive experiences.Recommend highly! Follow up to original post. New dishwasher leaking and slick Gary told me he sells tons of appliances but doesnt get involved in the back end(service).He said to call back tomorrow as the person who would handle my issue had the day off.Could not believe the attitude/disrespect from this extremely rude guy. I see lots of reviews similar to this one now and wish I had read them before I dealt with him on this purchase. He has lost a good customer, but I doubt he cares.

Called the store and they said Frasier would give me a call. Never heard from Fraiser as well. Glad I didn't buy there. Took my $30K and bought at Tasco.
