★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my computer in for repair earlier this week as it wouldn’t boot up. After diagnostics I got a call from an employee stating the problem and giving me options. One being replace the broken part with a new model that happened to be one of the best that can fit in my machine and also on sale. The next day got a phone call saying the computer is ready for pickup but as well they ran into another problem that they fixed as a courtesy! Between the speedy turn around time and the customer service going above and beyond, I will be coming back for any more computer needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this store are wonderful! They are Professional and always very friendly and helpful. The last time i was in the store the computer technician Tryston worked incredibly hard on fixing a problem with my PC and even noticed an unrelated problem and fixed that as well, and as a result my computer is running better than ever! The store has an excellent atmosphere and the staff and management are absolutely amazing. This is a great store that i recommend wholeheartedly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent, Canadian company. Great staff. A lot better prices than Amazon, or practically the same prices. I suggest if you are getting into PC gaming to let CC help you as opposed trying to figure it out all for yourself. Only issue is I specifcally asked for USB C to ethernet adapter, and got a USB to ethernet adapter... minor dissapointment, but this place is ran by humans, so mistakes happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immediately, the customer service is amazing. They have good policies and great prices. I had a laptop that was damaged when I was travelling to work and now it’s all repaired thanks to the fellow gentleman Tristan and his worker. The whole laptop was faulty and It kept breaking but they were so kind and thoughtful enough to help me out for free after the initial payment. Very good customer service. I highly recommend, it’s a trust worthy company for sure. If you see their employees, make sure to give them a smile and a warm thank you. These guys work so hard and are amazing at what they do. Very realizable, quick to contact and will resolve any issue. Even if your machine runs into a problem in the future they will be kind enough to look at it despite labour. Money as an issue is definitely OFF the list, extremely affordable. I look up to the employees as my brothers who just want to help out and are supportive no matter what the issue is. Definitely stop by the store, even if it means to browse, it’s 100% better than Best Buy for example, Best Buy is overpriced and not for the value. You will get great value out of what you busy here they make high quality products and even custom designs. Definitely recommend this.

They help me to return all the staff I bought and did the price match with other retailers for me! Really great experience!
