★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate this shop 6 out of 5 but there is no star for that. Very knowledgeable, fast, honest, and a life saver for me. My main laptop was water damaged and he got me up and running better than before. My main concern was not cost, but in the end, the fee was very low for what he did. Absolutely no hesitation to recommend this shop for computer repairs or purchase. Again, it's a 6 out of 5 rating here. Awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in on a Saturday a couple of weeks ago .There were no other customers in the store . I started a discussion with Dave about my lap top and some lap tops for my office . Another customer came in and he abruptly turned turned away and served the other customer . I was not happy but thought ok maybe he had a previous problem with him and had to assist immediately . Then two women came in and right after the first customer left he started to serve them even after the women said isn t that customer over there first ? Disgusting behaviour by someone who is supposed to be in the customer service business and should have an idea of customer priority . Will never set foot in the place again .

Not like the other guys who make you pay for service before quoting parts price and wait for days.
Will be using PC Shop Computers store in the future. They also stock parts and small electronics, so buying from there would be more convenient than ordering online.
