★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am more and more dissatisfied with the service and product of this chain. 5 workers in, 1 taking orders, others waiting. Order taking consists of yelling the same order details over the Plexi, repeating, confirming, repeating again.....as the poor cashier is trying to find the buttons and cannot yet multitask to hear and punch at the same time. Anyway. I was then asked to wait outside. In the rain. For my order. Outside. After I paid. 10 minutes. In the rain. I will never give my money to this inhumane business again. Despicable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor attitude for customer service. The rep asked for phone numbers without any reason, so when I asked why do you need phone number to take order in shop. He declared that “I was rude”. Really don’t know priorities. Well I found a better place to eat! Thanks for screwing up basics

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, but the volumetric scoops intended to dictate portion control for company's cost control attempts give me the impression of great stinginess.
Suggestion: Why not get a digital scale to weigh the cilantro and lettuce?
I'm was initially worried that this company may be losing too much on corn giveaway, but , I'm comforted to see the small volumetric scoop for the corn (photo included), which should equate to approximately 12-25 kernals per customer. Thank goodness!
Really good burrito though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place to eat Burritos!! Staff is very friendly and the ingredients they use is fresh! We had the naked burritos (no bread) and double the meat! Ask for the hot sauce for some added zing to the meat! Really great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good burritos! Hard to go wrong with Burrito Boyz. It doesn’t beat specialty Mexican restaurants, but it’s great for being a chain restaurant. This location seems quite busy, but the staff is great and works fast to get everything in order. Would recommend trying to order ahead of time through their app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the sweet potato burrito since there was a two for one deal going on and the taste was lighter than a meat burrito which I was hoping for. The ingredients were really fresh and delicious . Only area improvement would be push more of the filling to the ends of the burrito as it was a bit tortilla heavy to the ends, but other than that, great place, fast service , would come back
