★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Arrived and was told to come back in 15 minutes so I did. Then was told by security staff the location only takes appointment. Just terrible. Not recommending this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had some difficult and non-standard questions recently, and it looks like there was no blueprint for our specific case. We have finally got an answer, but it was not as clear and complete as we would expect. Staff tried their best, and we are thankful for this, so that is why 4 out of 5 stars. For standard questions we have always received support, and people over the phone are professional, polite, nice and clear. Thank you. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very efficient. I know some people have complained about the wait time/appointments. However, after being to many Service Ontario's- this location was the most organized and staff was respectful. Other locations have a really bad attitude towards customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How is it that all establishments are at 100% capacity and we get people in crowded stadiums yet service Ontario locations are doing appointments only and not doing walk-ins. There is no large signage even outside to say that they are not accepting walk ins. Security guards are useless. At least have someone come out to make announcements often so people don’t waste time lining up over nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely give a bad review bit I feel compelled to call out laziness and disorganized people when it impacts others. The public sector staff at this location are so disorganized that they made an elderly disabled lady stay out in the cold even though she had a scheduled appointment. As for myself, I had to wait 30min outside until they would let me inside. This included people who had appointments booked after my timing as well. It hurts me to say this but when I see public funded organizations failing to show structure and organization, I question why my tax dollars are not paying the salaries of better deserving people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone to this location several times and the service is fast, professional and everyone I have dealt with has been extremely friendly and helpful. For example I went in today for a booked appointment, I didn’t realize I had booked it for tomorrow (oops!), and they said not to worry they would get to me as soon as they could - I was in and out within five minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this location to apply Ontario health card and the entire process was smooth. This office open at 8:30 AM and I had an appointment at the same time. Before going it’s better to fill the form and take it with you to finish the process really quick. It took just 5 minutes for me to get the work done.
