Replaced all my drivers license, health cards, kids health cards within a few minutes. She was excellent. This location is going to be my new go-to loc for all service ontario needs.

Two months ago I renewed my driver's license on this center after one hour waiting in queue outside in cold weather. Two months passed but I didn't receive Licence and now when I call helpline, I am told that I need to go back to Service Ontario for a new photo! Is it not ridiculous and painful? Where and how to get justice?
T	Toshiro Hitsugaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lines are long but the issue is that the Staff is very rude, especially the short stocky asian lady that walks the line. Customer service is a skill that clearly isn't prioritized at this location. 0 consideration, 0 understanding and 0 empathy.
M	MUHAMMAD Shaikh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on a cold morning to renew my dads licence. We waited in queue for 1 hour in the cold. And then we paid and renewed the licence and they said it’ll be there in 5-7 business days. Now after waiting 2 months. My dad had to go there again to ask what’s wrong and why he still hasn’t received his licence. And they said his photo needs to be retaken…. like why not tell us that when we came to renew it. Instead had to wait 2 months and they did not contact us and we tried their helpline and no help. Honestly this service Ontario and the one in square one really need to change their staff and put down proper rules and regulations. It’s called SERVICE Ontario. Very disappointed.
F	Felix Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The agent deserved 5 stars. Minus 3 stars for management due to understaffing. Waited in line for an hour, outside in the cold on a Saturday morning. Meanwhile, only 4 booths out of 8 were manned. Save yourself some cold and go to the one at Sherwood Village (Sheridan Centre) or the one at Glengarry and Dundas...at least you can wait inside the mall.

The line moves a little slow, but the information they give is usually 100% correct and I've never had them make any errors. They're kind and supportive, but will not put up with any attitude. Walk in, be kind, and you'll get awesome service every time.
