My car issue was diagnosed quickly, parts were ordered and the repairs were done. Neil was honest and fair regarding pricing and I would recommend this shop to my friends & family. I live in the area so I will be back in the future. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached out to Independent Auto for a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) with a car from a nearby dealer. Thankfully, Neil was able to squeeze me in on a one-day notice and had no issues when I arrived 15 minutes early. He test drove the car for me, had the car hoisted up and did a thorough inspection. He also gave me some recommendations on what to look for and do for maintenance as well as gave his honest opinion on the make and model of the car. His prices were fair and actually less than a lot of other mechanics. Definitely worth the time and money, I highly recommend Neil and Independent Auto’s services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here twice now! First time had an engine misfire, was diagnosed and fixed for a very reasonable price and car was ready for pick up in just a few hours. Now Just had my breaks and rotors done, very honest shop owner, good communication at reasonable prices. Will return in the future!
