★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have two Hundai car. I got new Hundai Tucson 2022 and have problem in only 125 km. Dealer didn’t give proper solutions and ask for more money to fix these. Even CarPlay and windows not working properly. They don’t have solutions for these. How can I believe to something happen in new car. I would not recommend Hundai anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While my buying experience was pretty good, the after sales experience has been horrible. I did not receive the cargo cover when I picked up the car as it was back ordered.. OK, that happens. I did advise that I would be looking for them to ship it to me when it arrives as I drove 2 hours and 200km to make my deal..and I would not be making this trip for something I should have had after waiting weeks for the vehicle.
The dealership has now had the cover for almost 3 weeks and I have had 5 or 6 promises made to deliver the cover but nothing has happened. The sales manager Shah has personally promised to deliver it but again, broken promises.
Dec 29 was my pick up date and as of Feb 17, I am still waiting for a cover that they have but will not send. It seems like once a sale is made, they do not care about you as a customer any longer. 30 years in banking and customer service and this is a disgrace to be treated this way.
My referrals will go elsewhere as I do not want anyone to be treated as I am being treated currently. More importantly, I WANT MY COVER!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a recall letter sent out so went in to have that checked. It was a smooth process from online booking to the appointment in person.
They gave a free car wash voucher for future use. Plus a complimentary car wash was given after the updates were performed.
Overall great experience :)

The Finance Manager Leslie and the Sales Associate Hamza are very attentive and responsive in clearing customer queries and doubt. They made my purchasing process smooth and pleasant. I would suggest any new buyer to checkout this showroom, as it wont be a disappointment for the availability of the new cars in the current New Car Market.
