Staff at this parts source will try to goat you into the store by confirming they have your specific parts. Once you arrive to pick your order, they will then tell the truth. They don't have your parts but they have ordered the next best thing. Unfortunately for me this was an electronic part, which can not be returned due to parts source policy. During a global parts shortage which forced my had (as I need my car running). They should have just been honest and told me they don't have the parts I was looking for. But they can order the next best thing.

This location was particularly worse customer service among all part source location I visited and purchased my parts. I bought brake set of pro+ series with lifetime warranty and installed by my mechanic. Parts had manufacturing defect after less than a month of using it. Paid my mechanic to installed and uninstalled the parts twice, I ended getting parts from my mechanic after with one year parts and labour included. So i went back to this location and wanted to return the defective parts and was told cannot returned it and can only exchange with the same parts, but i said no as i dont want to pay mechanic to re install it again and uninstall it if same issue will occur and will cost me more money and not to mention my time.Long story short they gave me a hard time and did not refund my money but exchanged a new parts. I took the parts and went to another location and got refunded, and was told by the gentleman at the counter that previous location was giving me a hart time during holidays and did not want to do hassle of working on paperwork of refund. Buy parts and install from your mechanic and normally comes with one year warranty will give you less hassle.

I always go whatever with my husband to get stuff for our cars. Good friendly service and the parts are very well priced. They have a large selection of items and it’s great that they can get any parts you need even if they have to special order them.

Absolute trash customer service. Failed to note down what I wanted and then gave bare attitude. Disrespectful and screaming at elders to prove a point. They assume customer is always wrong. AVOID AT ALL COST PERIOD.

I walked into this auto parts store along Erin Mills Parkway & Millcreek Dr plaza to browse. It’s part of the holdings owned by Canadian Tire which also owns Marks Work Warehouse. Lots of parts on the shelves but you can also line up at the parts counter and inquire about items specific to your own vehicle. While I was in the store, staff were talking loudIy and I could not stop from overhearing the conversation. I believe one was the store manager...customers should not have to hear venting about other staff and head office issues.

Be careful when purchasing parts, they are missing components in the box and then try to blame you for it. Bought brake pads which come in pairs and only found 2 when I opened the box at home. Representative by the name of Steven decided to argue about it for no reason. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else, not worth the headache and poor service.

Today the clerk was training a guy and he took a long time doing my order. He kept telling me to hold on, and I grew inpatient. I told him that he is training the guy on my time, and he got mad He kept saying sorry in an in-your-face Confrontational attitude, and then came on to the floor in my direction as if he was going to confront me. He then said out loud, I am going to be outside. - I don't know if he was trying to let me know that he wanted a fight. This guy is out of hand. One of the worst experiences I had at this store. He should not be training anyone, he needs training himself and anger management.

Called them and asked if they carried 12 point head automotive bolts. Steve put me on hold, replied yes. I asked again as these are not very common. Drove there, they did not have any. Asked for Steve- on lunch. Explained frustrated as I specifically asked 3 times and wasted my time. A lady who looked like she was in a supervisor position approached me and asked for what type of car the bolt was for. I said a bolt is not vehicle specific. She told me that that is how the look them up. I said Volkswagen, she looked at me, saluted and said good luck go to the dealer and brushed me off. I was shocked with their lack of knowledge and extremely poor customer service. Will not return there until management changes.
