★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service. Went to the dealership to look at the car, he just handed me the key and left me to the car. Which I don't usually mind since it let's me look at the car at my pace ‐ but when I turned the car on, it turned off right away. Went to tell the dealer and he gave me attitude and said nothings wrong with it. Horrible dealer, with clearly defective cars on his small "lot".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily the worst dealership experience. He gives you the keys and makes you find the car yourself, and complains when you tell him that his cars do not turn on because of dead batteries. Terrible attitude, even worse customer service. Avoid this man and his broken cars at all costs.

The seller was upfront and honest about everything from the time I inspected the car, to test driving it, to completing the purchase. He understand how cars work and their reliability factors very well. The car I purchased was very clean and reasonably priced. I received a complementary set of winter tires, which I switched to in November. I've had zero issues with the car since purchasing it in September 2021. I highly recommend purchasing your next used car from 5K Motors.
