★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a brand new Elentra ultimate tech from this location i was really happy with the customer service i was provided by Quin she helped me though and also provided me with each and every detail required after finalizing the vehicle Cece the business manager helped me explain the costs related to my car and also told me about some cool features i was getting in this car she got me a low interest rate on my auto loan and got it approved within 2 hrs. I am really Thankfull to the staff I requested cece for fast delivery on my vehicle and she made it happen. I picked up my car the next day with everything good to go and Abudal was very helpful told me everything my car had including the features of the car and drive prospects . Thnkyou so much guys you all are the best and i will definitely reffer this location to my family ans friends in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d previously had an awful experience at another Hyundai dealership with hidden fees and genuinely rude service, but Mississauga Hyundai was fantastic. Friendly, communicative, and quick. I’d already done the research and they didn’t push me to add on things I knew I didn’t need. Very respectful, transparent, and just a wonderful experience overall. I’m completely in love with my new Elantra Hybrid and I would absolutely recommend these guys to my family and friends. Special thanks to George, Abdul, and Asher for just handling everything so fast and so well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to preface this review by saying I had a fantastic experience buying a car at this dealership. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the service department.
The service department at Mississauga Hyundai had my car for 2 weeks to complete an 8 or 9 hour job. I explained to them that I did not live in Mississauga and needed the car to drive home, about 6 hours away, by Monday at the latest.
Here is what they DID do in the 2 weeks they had my car:
1. Misplace my keys
2. Give me a wildly inaccurate price quote
3. Promise me that my car would be done by noon on Monday (2 weeks after I had initially dropped it off for inspection)
Here is what they did NOT do in those 2 weeks:
1. Lay a single finger on the car until the Monday that they promised me the work would be finished (needless to say, it was not finished in time)
2. Give me a rental car for the 2 weeks my car was at their dealership
3. Give me any sort of warning or notification that the employee responsible for communicating with me about the service being done on my car had handed in his resignation weeks ago and conveniently left the company 2 days before he promised me my car would be finished
Service Manager Scott Lee did not seem interested in taking accountability for or even addressing the business practices (or lack thereof) that directly led to these issues. Upon looking at the reviews, I can tell my experience is not unique. My advice is that you get your car serviced literally anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased Hyundai Sonata 2022 from here. Their Customer Service is excellent. My sales advisor was Abdul. He was very good and helped out of the way in order to make the purchase somooth.
In the beginning when I booked he told me that it will take around 6 weeks, but he got me the car in a week which was amazing.
Will definitely go to purchase my next car from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice location to service your vehicle as the staff is extra ordinary friendly, just love the way they treat you. They are accommodating. I've missed my appointments couple of times and still they have adjusted it on the same day. They've recently modified the service building, there is a nice waiting area like a patio outside and they always offer you tea and coffee. I'm their lifetime customer for sure

She really cares about her clients! Ask for Mecca at Mississauga Hyundai. That's the only place we want to buy a car.
