β β β β β Excellent customer service by navtej he inspected all the fluid levels of my car and recommended me all the services that were needed. He is an extremely polite person who listens very patiently to the problems of the customers and provides appropriate solutions. He definitely needs a raise.

β β β β β Brought my car in for an oil change, new tires, my engine light was on, and the hardware keeping my headlight bracket in place was gone thus causing my light to fall down into the front of the car.
I picked up my car passed closing time, which was appreciated that they waited.
However because they were already closed, I paid and left immediately. After driving off I realized the engine light was still on.. no one bothered to tell me why, what the code was, what it meant or what to do to fix it.
The light wasnβt fixed/touched.
But they had no problem upwelling me on coolant flush, transmission package, and new filters. $1500 later and they didnβt even do what I initially asked.
Ridiculous.

β β β β β Honest and trustworthy people. They lifted my vehicle and notified me of leaks and a seized drain nut. They were honest enough to refer me to a mechanic instead of making a quick buck! Will definitely return. Harry was amazing!

β β β β β I've been going to Mr. Lube (usually this location) for years for the convenience of showing up without an appointment and getting the tire change / oil change done without even leaving the car. I won't be going to Mr. Lube anymore. After getting my winter tires installed here one of the wheel covers fell off, thankfully right after I exited the highway. After my most recent visit on April 20, 2022 to get my tires changed I brought this to their attention. I asked that they double check the wheel covers are on securely. The mechanic looked me in the eyes and assured me that all the wheel covers have been installed securely. As I'm pulling into my driveway the mechanic calls me asking me to come back because they completely missed installing one of the wheel covers. I understand that these things happen, but what I don't understand is being lied to directly to my face after specifically asking them to be double checked. Since they were caught with this lie makes me wonder what other lies they have told me. Lost my trust. Additionally I was charged $110 for a tire change (on rims) and $110 for an oil change then $50 for a filter change which is insane.

β β β β β Wanting to support local, I went to this business to get my tires (on rims) changed and was told the price was $140 plus tax -- much, much higher than the norm! So I went 2 km away to Take 5 where I received a warmer welcome and everyone was really nice -- and it only cost $49 plus tax for the same service. What makes Mr. Lube worth almost $90 more? I wasn't treated poorly at Mr. Lube but it certainly was worth the 2 km to go elsewhere to get superior customer service AND a great price point!
