But woodchester is by far better. From the drop off to the pick up and rental, the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable, plus the work was great and done within 4 days.

Mark walked me through step-by-step what was needed. Dealt directly with the insurance people, was flexible with servicing time around my work schedule, etc. Sylvia at reception couldn't be more prompt, while friendly and my loaner car process with Stephen was a breeze. To pick up car up today was seamless, speedy AND my car had been cleaned to the point it smelt new again. Sincerely - couldn't tell you the last time I had service like this in any industry. The staff was extremely attentive and do a great job at analyzing and addressing problems with your vehicle and supplying a solution. Beyond Reasonable wait times for the work performed on my car - I was very pleased with the results of the work done. I will definitely be back if I encounter any further issues with my vehicle!

Instead they constantly kept me in the loop, great communication, timely service when my part was ready and great body work on my truck. Highly recommend Woodchester and their team!

What a tremendous experience it was, Dan came out and checked the car and gave me an estimate and the work was done within a half an hour. Absolutely fantastic service!
