Very unprofessional shop .. Went for a simple swap of a tire and it went totally wrong 1. The mechanic did not torque rims until i advised him to (how are you called tirecraft and not even torquing tires ). 2. another one of the mechanics went into my glove compartment without asking and proceeded to look at my ownership ..( i don't mind but i don't like people going through my things without asking ) i could have gave him info if he asked...3.After a rough time getting a simple install done i went to the highway only to realize that tire was was not balanced properly ...4 .I called to arrange it to get re-balanced he told me i have to wait for three days until i can get it fixed because his machine has to be fixed he is aware of the problem ....( so i was not the first guy to complain )
ANYWAYS Please save time and money don't go there its dirty and
not professional at all .. If its that hard to change one tire then i wonder what they do when there is a real problem .. it is NOT GOOD TO DRIVE WITH UNBALANCED TIRES ,HE SHOULDN'T OF TOOK THE JOB IF THE MACHINE IS BROKEN MINUS ONE IF I COULD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very satisfied with the service. I had nail in my tire, which was almost flat when I reached the shop. They fixed it very quickly and charged a very fair price. Overall, I had excellent experience. Therefore, I'd recommend this place to other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 0 stars if I could. I was promised immediate service, and then told to wait. I was told it was one price, and then paid another. THE WORST PART, the Owner gave me someone else's car key, which i immediately returned, and then accused me of stealing the key.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going to go to Canadian tire to fix a possible tire puncture, for which they quoted around 42$.
Got recommended to Tirecraft by a neighbour (as I recently moved to this area). When I called they gave price based on conditions, which made more sense to me. Canadian Tire told me they may take 30min to 1hr, while this place said it should be done within 20-30min. When I reached, staff were very cordial and professional. Car was fixed in 10 minutes with the lowest rate 24$ + tax for the small nail puncture, so guess they are very honest. I was very pleased with the entire experience. Highly recommend everyone.
Fast, efficient, economical and great customer service.
BTW I had forgotten my charger and tablet in the lobby. They were so nice to keep it with them safely. Very very honest !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this place because I got a flat tire around the holiday and it was close by. I spoke to the owner over the phone and he was very nice so I trusted the place. I sent him a picture of my tire size and model. I brought my Tesla in and after the tire was replaced I asked his son (because the owner was not there) why the model was different and he just said in a very rude tone "hey you dealt with him over the phone I have no idea". I didn't think that was a very appropriate answer. I left thinking my Xi3 was replaced with the Xi Snow. After driving down the street, I noticed a massive cut on my leather steering wheel. I immediately called the owner and he denied that it was their fault but he will be looking into getting it fixed. I gave him a few weeks to look into it and then texted him. Till now I have not received a response from him. I don't expect much but at least an apology for damaging customer's vehicle.
