When servicing your vehicle, they are prompt and efficient. They used to offer free car washes with service but due to covid that service was halted. All in all a great dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do enjoy this location for my Mazda servicing needs. The staff is amazing, both at the service counter and at reception. I purchased my vehicle there in 2019 - all good. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars for areas that can be improved. The TV in the waiting area is often put very loud, which makes it almost impossible to work or read while waiting for the work to be done. Luckily staff are kind enough to lower it when I am there. And the shuttle still hasn't been reinstated, so that limits my options. Aside from that, no complaints!

I met with Harris Javaid to look for 2 identical vehicles for our business with large trunk space and great gas mileage. Harris was very knowledgeable and recommended the Mazda 3 at an attractive price.
We saw the cars and booked the same day! It was a very quick and seamless process.
Harris was also able to work hard and get 2 identical vehicles for us within 3 weeks of booking, which was great considering the vehicle shortage in today's market. We also got the 7-year bumper-to-bumper extended warranty which is well worth it!
Thanks again to the wonderful team at Erin Mills Mazda for the excellent service and great customer experience.
