★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used this company in 2015. Installers were meant to be on the job but the lady from the office came to install.
She did a good enough job.
Fast forward to when the problems started and it was a nightmare. Took them from Nov 2016 to Jan 2018 to solve our problems which were: The finish constantly peeling off the doors. They took them away, eventually returned the doors and the same issues cracking, peeling are still ocurring .One door was away for weeks and weeks. Nice for a new kitchen . NOT.
Just don,t use them. They might mean well, but sorry we were very disappointed after having our other doors 25 years! And these are falling apart in several months.
There is absolutely no customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took 6 months for Candec to finish my kitchen. I had my granite countertop installed and cabinets refinished by Candec. They are a contracter...the fabricator they contracted to do my granite installation was rude and abrasive. They did a good job installing the countertop, but I never want to deal with the granite fabricator again. At this point, Candec asked for a full payment, promising my cabinets will be finished in 3-4 weeks. Once I made the final payment, it took 4 months to finish. Our kitchen was just not a priority anymore. A typical answer when you call is "please call me back tomorrow" or "text me tomorrow" and there would be no reply. At the end of the day, the quality of work by the contractors is good, but the experience dealing with Rizwan at Candec is just not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my kitchen cupboards done by Candec in March. The installers was amazing!!! I was very pleased. Sahar was also very knowledgeable and helped me a lot with redesign of a few cupboard doors that were way too large and made it a more modern design. I was pleasantly impressed with the end results. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are the best, they really know their stuff, they quoted the lowest, so was a little worried at first... but after the work was done, couldn't believe how great everything was. Good solid cabinets, install was super fast, they even included the quartz countertop for FREE!!! which made the deal even sweeter, already recommended to friends, there's nothing else out there that even compares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of Can Dec work is indeed very good, but their advertising "Free Granite Counter Tops" is just a hoax. It's included in the price. Time-wise they are not very prompt. They are a bit expensive too, and one should be prepared for haggling before arriving at a reasonable price tag, without compromising the quality of materials and workmanship. I would recommend them, but one should be well prepared to discuss the project in detail, and not to leave any loose ends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Can Dec twice, once for a full kitchen and once for a wall unit in a den. Sahar is fabulous to deal with her expertise with design and common sense approach was appreciated and I trusted her completely. The installers were great, easy to deal with and did a great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were referred by a friend to use CanDec to renovate our kitchen, we had a very specific budget in mind, and we wanted a modern flat surface cabinet design. A consultant came to our home and showed us several design samples and explained the whole process and time frame. Everything about this company is great, they were very professional, the installation was smooth, the quality of the cabinets are solid, they gave a free Quartz countertop with the installation, and all well bellow the budget. In comparison with other quotes, they gave the best value for the money. Needless to say, we were extremely impressed, we highly recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing quality cabinets!!! And the staff at Candec Kitchens in Brampton are wonderful!!! Very modern Design. Honestly thought only rich people and celebrities could afford this kind of kitchen, but Candec made it affordable. Posted a photo, can you guess where the fridge is? Give you a hint, it's the only cabinet with handles... Love this design, just awesome...
