Living two hours away from the project, we needed someone we could trust to get the job done in our absence and chose them because Robert (our project manager) listened well, took detailed notes at every meeting, and showed great organization skills. He also had a plumbing background which was vital for the changes we needed at the house. The demo revealed a few problems so the project took longer than expected, but we realized that possibility going in. Rob understood our vision, listened to our ideas, but also didn't hesitate to add his expert advice, helping us to make the right choices and keeping us from making costly mistakes. During the project, we met many of his subs and found them just as friendly and helpful. The whole time we felt a good vibe from Robert’s team and a lot of mutual respect. At the end, everyone worked quickly to get all the little details finished and completed to our liking. No project is without issues but it's how a company deals with those issues that counts the most and we found this to be one of Kitchen&Bath’s strengths.
Overall, the project went smoothly and we attribute it to the constant communication we had with the team and their willingness and desire to create something of quality. We've had nothing but compliments from all who have entered the house. We would definitely work with Kitchen&Bath again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time when I hired Kitchen&Bath they really impressed me with their works. So, this time also I have hired them for the remodeling of my kitchen. I have to say that I have not done any mistake by hiring them. The workers of this company really know what they are doing. It only took them 3 weeks to completely remodel my full kitchen. The only concern was that they have damaged one of cabinets finish when installing, but after I spoke to project manager they’ve replaced it with no issues and added sink faucet for free as a complement. I loved the way they’ve dealt with the problem – no stress, no back and forth debating, the guy just came in, took a photo of scratched door and few days later they delivered and installed a new one instead. I totally understand human factor and things happen sometimes, and I respect the way they handle such small situations. If anyone out there is looking for some quality remodeling or construction work, I would like to suggest Kitchen&Bath for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we dealt with Sofien planning and quoting our kitchen renovation and things were great and he helped design and quote what we wanted. However then Shawn was assigned to PM this kitchen renovation and from the point forward it was a disaster. Initial site visit to start the project Shawn showed up for 10 minutes and did not even stay around to direct the contractors that showed up the day on what they were there to do. If it wasn't for me directing all contractors, and there were a few, on what to do this work would have never been completed as quoted. Yes they use all subcontractors to do this work even through their website indicates they do not. Quality issues with the product and workmanship and this was to take 4 - 5 weeks to complete however the final work was completed 9 weeks after the project started. We are now renovating our ensuite bathroom and we have gone else where to get this down because we did not want to go through the same issues as we did with our kitchen. Shawn is the worst PM ever.
