Fuda Homes came in when they said they would. Did a fantastic job on my stairs. About three weeks later I developed a squeak and they came back right away. Great service. I would use them again.

We were extremely pleased with FuDa Homes. The guest bathroom was completed quickly and the final result was beyond our expectations. The team was super responsible and detail-oriented. They were punctual, professional, and cleaned up the job site every day since we still lived in the house. I am looking forward to working with FuDa Homes on my other projects.

I invited Fuda Homes as a contractor to renovate my basement and am satisfied with jobs done by Kennyโ€™s team. Before I started to renovate my basement, I had asked around about good contractors. My neighbor strongly recommended Fuda Homes. After talking to a few contractors, I was impressed with Fuda Homes. Kenny is very knowledgeable and has abundant experience. He scrutinized my requirements, corrected my misconception and introduced current home renovation trends. He proposed various options based on the structure and layout of the basement, analyzed pros and cons of each choice, help me to make optimal plan. After visiting Kennyโ€™s office and showroom, I am convinced that Fuda Homes is what I need. One stop service made the process to select products, materials and design patterns more smoothly. When I was not very sure about my previous choice, in order to make desired selection again, I can go to the showroom to view samples as many times as I like. It is very convenient. Fuda's price is reasonable and on par with the other contractors. During construction, Kennyโ€™s team often made suggestions to reroute or hide water supply pipes, drainage pipes, vent ducts and support columns. As a result, the rooms look more naturally integrated. At the same time, maximum space is utilized effectively. His design trick makes the small windows in the basement look more like the regular size windows, very thoughtful and professional. Very appreciated. Jim

We hired FuDa Homes ๅฏŒ่พพๅฎถๅฑ… to renovate our 50 year's old bungalow house from top to bottom. Kenny is the most creative and talented designer that I have ever worked with. He put lots of thoughts into every design and listen to the customers' needs and feedbacks. He communicates really well and keeps a great balance between functionality , look, quality and budget. Really appreciate that you guys treat my house like your own. Trust Kenny and his great team makes our dream comes true.

I had my whole main floor which is about 2500 sq ft renovated by Fuda Homes in April-July of 2019. Overall, I would give them 2 out of 5. This project did not go smoothly, if you choose to go with FUDA I would suggest getting your own kitchen cabinet guy and electrician. Many touch-up spots to cabinet before and after install, electrician missed reconnecting previous existing outlets and missed installing a backup sensor wire for Schluter heated floors in my kitchen, if they had simply read the instructions, it would have told them that backup sensor wire should be installed with every heated floor. Closer to the end of the project there was issues with Kennyโ€™s guys showing up and completing work. By November of 2019 the grout from my kitchen floor started to crumble. Went through whole winter with cracked and empty grout lines and heat in my floors. The only way to fix grout issue was to dig out grout and relay grout. This issue was only attended to spring of 2020 after repeatedly calling and asking when Kenny was going to come or get someone to fix. By June of 2020, the EXACT SAME problem began to happen throughout the kitchen and mud room. I contacted Kenny again with issue and again took several phone calls to get him to organize people to fix the problem. Finally, they regrouted for the SECOND time by fall 2020. When it was time to turn on my heated floors, I got an error in the thermostat saying sensor error and by the way the grout was cracking for the THIRD time as well. Mind you, everything was working perfectly all of winter 2019. I called Schluter the product brand to see if they could do a diagnostic and find issue. I told them the story and they said because they were using box cutters it was highly likely sensor wire/ coils could have been nicked while scratching out grout. I was not able to prove exactly who was at fault unless we ripped up most of tile and see exactly. We had to go repurchase new tile, Kennyโ€™s electrician had to re-do the sensor wire for the heated floor and re-grout the entire kitchen again for the 3rd time!! I do not know of very many renovation companies that are unable to grout a floor the first time around. After these issues had been fixed, all things were fine for most of the winter, BUT now as of Feb of 2021 our heated floor is now damaged and only 1 section of the floor works. Kennyโ€™s electricians reasoning for it was possibly because I had the heat set too high, when the highest I ever set it at was 26C. I have a strong feeling that the previous regrouting had nicked a line and while using the floors over 2020 winter it had opened it up and it shorted that section but I am not an electrician just sounds very logical to me. Kenny is telling me that because I didnโ€™t go through him to buy the Schluter system that I need to take it up with Schluter. Now I have to find out who is at fault and if it is FUDA problem he wants me to take him to small claims court over it. Talk about customer service and professionalism (NOT). If you are still reading that means you care about reviews and I am always fair and honest with my reviews. Kennyโ€™s customer service by the end was unprofessional and If you ask me if I would use them again. I would say shop around, price point may be good but the headaches after are not worth it.

It is still ongoing and so far so good. I can not complain anything. Kenny's team are professional. Much appreciated! Just an update. My house has been fully renovated in three months. My family (especially my kids) are so impressed by the nice finishes all over and the modern design. It deserves every dollar and every minute we spent. The quality of the materials they used was top-notch, and their craftsmanship throughout the entire process. I will highly recommend them to anyone who need a perfect home renovation.
