I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. PSmooth transaction and very helpful staff made my car buying experience easy.

When we purchased our RDX back in May, I truly thought this dealership was different from the rest and trustworthy. Please be very cautious when purchasing any products or warranties from them. We were over promised that a warranty was so great, to only find out now it’s just another scam. We were never even given the details of this warranty until further disputing the matter. We were promised any dent or body damage would be taken care of and reassured several times that they would not sell me on a warranty they wouldn’t trust themselves. When seeing the damage on my car after retuning to it in a parking lot, I reached out to the dealership as I recall the sales rep reassuring me “any dents and dings we will take care of”. I sent in the photos of the damage and receives a quick response of “unfortunately and paint damage is not covered”. What is the point of a “body warranty” or dents and dings warranty if paint is not covered? I have never experienced a dent or ding that didn’t require touch up paint. Further more, their General managers best solution was for me to call my car insurance company and put in a claim. Again, what is the point of purchasing a body warranty if they’ll just recommend going through your insurance? I am truly disgusted by this dealerships actions and will absolutely never be retuning nor recommending it. Please Be very cautious!

I met Andy Lu in sales and Raul in financing and would recommend them in there respective fields. I had a couple mechanical issues and thanks to general sales manager Chris Holmes and service advicer Allen Davis the issues was resolved. I am confident that this dealership will do it's job to provide great services for there customers.

I’ve traded in and bought a new car, and have used the device Department (oil changes and tires… it is an Acura after all and they don’t typically need much more than basic maintenance). Trade in was generous, and the deal on a new car was fair especially given inventory is thin. Service department is great where even the mechanic stopped me outside and complemented on how well I take care of my car. I suppose that was self serving :-))
