★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a busy location, tons of parking space - the only bad thing is that few members do not have all the information about health card and drivers license. One person will say something and the other something then they blame it on service Ontario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lost my wallet, had to replace license and health card. Was fairly busy(maybe 30 people in from of me) but moved at a decent pace. Prob 20 minutes in line. Finally got served by a wonderful agent named Andrea. She took the time to understand my need and in moments was able to identify that I could renew my license and save the lost card fee. Was in and out in less that 30 minutes.
Turns out of forgot my bank card, Andrea called me directly to advised.
Super friendly, patient and efficient!

Less counters but still fast.
Best to check timings before going there, as Thursday they are open till 8pm. Also the waiting line is outside so be dressed well as it's chilly! Cary your cup of hot drink!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recently at this location on a busy Tuesday morning. Long queues but reps are pretty fast. I was out under 12-14 mins after completing my name change on drivers license and health card. A representative named Balvinder is amazing. So kind, helpful, professional and polite.if her boss will ever read this, I would like to tell you that she def. deserves some extra bonus/hike. She is a rockstar! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a photo ID card went there yesterday which was a Friday morning at 10 am. It was great no line up I was in and out of there in pretty much less then 10 mins and the lady behind the desk who helped me was very helpful and kind. Overall I had a great experience at this Service Ontario location!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with my lovely wife to get some issues resolved and the process was smooth. For a Saturday it wasn't that busy we waited outside in the lineup maybe 15 minutes. Once inside the line moved fast and our service was very good but I'm sure it all depends on your own personal situation. Make sure you bundle up as you do have to wait outside it does get cold. Best of luck..
I went today to get my picture ID and did not have no luck at all as this was my 3rd time trying to get it and I brought along all my paperwork more paperwork needed UNBELIEVABLE. I will be back.
