★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an appointment to view the house, my agent followed the time schedule. When there were more than one client complaining and waiting outside, saying listing agent-mario was inside taking too long, my real estate agent went to ask if they were done, seeing all the complains outside. Mario Hermenegildo felt entitled because he was a listing agent (proudly said you know I'm the listing agent) and was very rude and we heard him yelling. Very unprofessional and told us to "go home". Not humble and has no manners how to handle situation and his experience doesn't show. If he is being nice beware, there's something in it for him.
