S	Shweta Sharma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst branch ,security people working outside have no sense that how to talk to people who are waiting in lineups from 5 to 6 hours , there was a old man who was into security he messedup the whole process today, I was standing in line from 8:30 am and when my turn came at 2 :00 pm they sent all inside and asked me to go home and come at 4,I mean they are doing what they feel is good and when I raised my voice for this they were like don't make noise and that person started telling lies. Moreover, the supervisor lady was also rude she was thinking as if she is not a supervisor she is a officer of Canadian immigration.. Worst security what ever agency they are working with should see and bad experience, security person was blaming officers inside but the reality was inside people were calm and they were doing their work well... Overall bad experience, I didn't expected this is Canadian services.
R	Revika Durgia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch of Service Canada, the supervisor and the lady standing outside managing the crowd is so so rude ..no humanity at all in both these ladies. She didn’t help me even after having an appointment and moreover asked me to stand in the cold outisde, it was -16 and I requested her atleast let me stand at the corner inside before the main entrance but rudely she said no stand outside. Stop hiring people like these Service Canada. Sooo rude I mean thinking about these rude ladies only hurts me and what they did to me
O	Owenee Ferguson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The line was long I had two babies. Ok I have to join the line no problem but I asked for a chair to sit while I wait with the babies and the response was NO. Customer service is very poor. No one even wants to hear your complain. One line for those dealing with SIN and passport no separation you join this very long line. Total waste of time

He literally have no sense how to talk to people. She must be fired from this duty. She do not deserve to be at such kind of place.
A	Agnès M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst branch of Service Canada. I would give 0000 star if I could. I visited this place today May 31, 2022 for passeport. The line up was acceptable, the guard was nice. The first agent who checked my documents was also helpful. But the agent in box 3(a lady) had no clue of what one of my court document was(she barely looked at it, but curiously, she asked for the original). I asked to speak to someone else in French, because I tried to explain that in the instructions I read(in french), that document is not requested in original, and I only get a copy from my lawyer by email, due to COVID-19 restrictions. I needed an explanation in a language that I understand better, French! And the Manager(a lady) came and rudely told me "THIS OFFFICE IS ONLY IN ENGLISH". My point is not about the document, because I called my lawyer, and she will mail me the original one by the end of the week. My point is about the service offered, and the way this place is managed, without any customer service skills. I was refused to be served in french, and no explanation was given to me, in the worst manner never seen in a public service. When I get my original document, I will go to another site. Avoid this branch.
K	Kamaldeep Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long wait time for SIN service , line up started early morning - like 4am while the facility opens at 8:30. Queue number was allotted by 8:30-9:00 am. For other services like Passport, CPP etc. there is a separate line up and it is quite quick. The reception lady was not very helpful but the agent was good. Work was done within 10 mins once inside. Total wait time was around 7-8 hours for walk-ins . Advise people to dress as per the weather as queue is outside without any roof or cover.

H	Haider Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well organized and disciplined staff. But long que, you will have at least 2 hours wait time in line . Or best is to get online appointments to avoid long wait time, I have uploaded pics how to get online appointments. Good luck ?
