n	navbedi1981 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go here only if you have lots of patience and a few hours to waste.....they have about 10 counters but operating only 4 ....out of those 4...2 are stil in training and 1 is always on lunch so basically just 1 person who knows what to do....maybe service Ontario should try and training them before putting them out there....avoid this location like a plague if u can...if not i will pray to god to give you Patience..l u

Firstly there is NO consistency in any of the information they give you and on top of that they are extremely condescending if you ask any questions or dont understand. Clearly they make their own rules here because the information from other locations and even on their website is completely different. How does the front desk tell you to calculate your own taxes on a vehicle??? Isnt that YOUR JOB to tell me? The supervisor is very disrespectful as well do not waste your time just go to another location because these people will not help you. Very unacceptable for a government run office.

I don't know what they were doing inside, they work at they're own snails pace but there were only 4 counters open with a line outside leading around the block.. steer clear of this location and try to go somewhere else

T	Taniya Oberoi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is so crowded, the staff is full but only few of them are really working with the clients. I come here very often and everytime it’s the same. Even if the client count is low, the wait time is high for some anonymous reason. They need to work fast and should open all counters for the customers. People don’t have all day to spend here and wait for their turn.
D	D DOBER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have like to speak to the location manager. Simply the worst customer service experience. I had 3 items to take care of upon my visit. 1. Purchase a Sellers Package > No problem 2. Transfer a recently purchase Trailer to my name and pay taxes. Because the ownership did not have my signature, the teller said leave the line and sign it and line up again. The signature would have taken 2 seconds and he wouldn't even lend me a pen to do it in front of him. I asked him if he could move onto and take care of my 3rd item which was a transfer of another vehicle which everything was ready 100%. he simply said "NO" get everything done and comeback....even though the signature on the document wasn't even related. The teller staff actually spend more time talking between each other while they should be serving customers with 100% attention. Serious lack of management at this location. A simple signature, and then told to wait in line for another 1hr + This is not a good representation of what Government work and workers. Get it together folks..!
