She spent time to map my brows and adjust them as my desires. explained throughout every step as she went and the healing result is good as expected. there are some strokes that may lose the pigment after the healing process (which she did explain to me). I cant wait for my touch up appointment to perfect them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicole is the best in the biz. I went to her based on a recommendation from someone I work with because I needed a brow fix ASAP. After having my eyebrows done twice before they weren’t the right shade or shape for my face. Nicole was friendly, explained everything she would be doing to help correct my brows and make them perfect, and that she did. The service was pain free, she asked me what music I liked so she could play it and she adjusted the look based on my feedback. My experience with my touch up was the exact same. She cares about her clients and takes a lot of time and pride in her work which I really appreciated. I get a lot of compliments on my brows now and I always recommend her.
