Not only did my video game-loving bf enjoy himself, but as someone who doesn't play videogames at all, I had a great time! To make things better, the customer service was amazing, these guys make you feel welcomed and they were encouraging without making me feel incompetent and overall helpful(lol I needed the help). If you're a gamer or even if you aren't I 10/10 recommend and we wasted no time telling our friends and family!

And will give you tips while you're playing if you get stuck to help you have the most fun possiable. Its also very clean both the bathroom and waiting area were clean. And they clean the equipement after every customer. I am definitely coming back again when they get the Star Trek bridge crew game installed

We had a little bit of time to spend so my mom, brother and myself decided to take a “Pit Stop” and try out the VR. The whole staff was friendly, polite and helpful. They even gave us a free discount and Super Hot bags without us asking.They’re also putting in two PS4’s with the driving wheels. I had an awesome time. If you’re stopping by Brampton I highly recommend. (Thanks again Pit Stop Staff for everything!)

The customer service was great, I didn't need so much help but they definitely gave the appropriate attention to my Girlfriend who isn't as in to video games as me. We paid for an hour and it felt like it was only 15 minutes when they told us our time was up. It was definitely a blast and the time flew by. They have a wide choice of games to play but we only played a dodgeball game which was fine with us since it was a lot of fun to play for two VR beginners. I would totally recommend if you want to take your kids or just go with a group of friends.
F	Faizan Nasir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING Experience! We did the 1hr VR for 2. It takes a little time to get used to the controls, but the staff there is helpful and walk you through the process. The VR is immersive and you can get lost in it (in a good way). In the hour you have options to play multiple games, and 1hr is ample time. Smash Box is a super fun game to play 1vs1. The game mechanics are simple so the learning curve is short, and you can start making up strategies to make the game play much more heart pumping. The zombie game is intense, adrenaline rushing, a bit advanced to begin with, and a lot of fun as a coop. The staff / owners are super friendly, and definitely add to a great experience. Overall, a great place for a date!

The owners and staff always make sure you're organized and understand how to play each game! Pit Stop Games VR is definitely worth trying. We will be going back and are excited for the release of flight sim and racing in the interactive chair!

Helped us every step of the way, they were very personable and are such fun people to be around. We played Smashbox as a group for a whole hour! Definitely planning to go back and try some of their other games!

Till now my son has not stopped ranting and raving about this place and how much fun all of the kids had. The environment is super clean, organized, fantastic for kids birthday parties and very reasonably priced at that. The family who owns it is so down to earth and went over and above to accommodate us. I can’t thank you enough guys, thank you again for giving my family and extended friends a wonderful time and memorable moment.
