★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's nothing better than sharing a beautifully decorated space with inspiring trainers who are dedicated to see you grow and push your limits. Poo Choi Kru Katrina Velasquez puts her heart and soul into each of her lessons and that makes it all the more empowering during the brutal but beautiful experience of training Muay Thai. I would highly recommend joining the Queen team, especially if you are thinking about reinventing yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kat is an amazing teacher who is able to provide a safe and fun place for women to train without judgement. Her sessions make you not only work hard and sweat a ton but you don't sacrifice learning the proper form of Muay Thai as a martial art. Try one class and you'll be addicted ???

Her workouts are intense, her lessons are empowering and the sense of community and friendship she instills in our group is endearing. I love the time I spend with the Queens of Brampton Muay Thai from the second I get out of my car and walk into the gym to the bittersweet moments of goodbye and see you next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Queens of BMT class is always the highlight of my week! Poo Choi Kat is an inspiring leader who creates a safe space for women to learn the art of Muay Thai. There is an irreplaceable sense of community that you get from the amazing group of women that I'm able to train beside. Truly empowering.
On top of being educationally enriching, it's so physically and mentally beneficial attending class. Especially as a university student, whenever I come to class it feels like sanctuary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PC Kat's teaching comes from a place of empowerment, reminding women they are capable and strong even if we may not look pretty. A fantastic mantra to embrace and project onto my daughters and other women in my life. Queens of Muay Thai classes are tough and effective, yet still fun. The environment is welcoming, free of judgement and intimidation. I look forward to going every week and am excited to continue to learn and develop alongside a bad A** group of women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Training with Katrina has been a great experience - I had ZERO martial arts experience coming from very different sports backgrounds (I was very hesitant to begin) however, Katrina has made my transition into martial arts so fun - group classes are warm and welcoming, and the girls are always super helpful.
The space is very inviting, and while I never intend to become a professional fighter, you always feel like the real deal while training with your fierce queens!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love training at Queens of Brampton Muay Thai. The vibe is very friendly, nonjudgemental, and empowering. I always leave class feeling strong, confident, and with a smile on my face. :)
Poo Choi Kru Kat is very thorough when it comes to teaching the art of Muay Thai. I love her analogies and explanations, which comes with her passion for the sport. She's always pushing us to challenge ourselves, but also makes it very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend trying out a class, even if you're a beginner or experienced martial artist.
