O	Omar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place to instill your youngsters with self confidence as they learn how to defend themselves with jiu-jitsu. Coach Lotfi and his crew are absolutely outstanding. Their leadership and the way they teach these kids in a very fun and enjoyable way while teaching the proper fundamentals of jiu-jitsu is on point. They even have yoga classes on Sundays done by Zee Abdelli (women only and mixed classes) which are super fun and enlightening. We love how she's given the option to have a women only class and a mixed class. We are extremely thankful to have coach Lotfi and Zee open this facility to our community. It is absolutely priceless. Thank you so much for your dedication and support.

As I was there as a spectator, I noticed that the program structure that Coach Lotfi has in place always keeps the kids engaged. Mine are now hooked. After joining myself I have had the pleasure of now learning the art with all of the coaching staff and understand that Lotfi's philosophy is practiced throughout the gym. Everyone respects one another and no one hesitates to help each other progress. Myself and the kids are proud to be a part of BJJ Ontario.

Coach always focuses on fundamentals first and ensures all students progress at a rate comfortable for them.

He also has such an enjoyable time in each session and is always so eager for his classes. My family are super grateful to Coach for his guidance and dedication in providing such an awesome program. Such a plus that the new location is so easy to get to and has lots of parking too. I high recommend this place to every family. ?????

Coach Lofti has lit the BJJ fire in me that I know will last for years to come as well as revealing a passion to something I never thought I would have. Would recommend to all adults and children looking to start BJJ in a heartbeat.
