★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wee Watch has been such a great experience for us. Our care provider is amazing. Our son is learning so much. Wee Watch provides great programming for the kids. An ECE even does monthly visits to help keep our sons development on track. The office staff have been so great, informative, and accommodating.
I have such confidence in my care provider, all of the kids are very happy there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our son started with Wee Watch last August and we couldn't be happier with our provider. We can tell that she truly cares about the children and only wants to do anything she can too assist in their growth and development. Our son has taken to her very positively and each day waves and blows her a kiss, today he even gave her a hug as he was picked up. We would be more than happy to recommend Wee Watch and our provider if anyone were to ask about our daycare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our daughter started going to Wee Watch daycare just before her first birthday and has been with the same provider for about a year and a half now. We love that her provider gives her the same love and care that she receives at home. We moved out of the neighborhood but still make our way back there everyday in order to keep our daughter with the same loving provider. Wee Watch is a very affordable in home daycare with a smaller number of kids which allows for hands on care in a comfortable environment. We highly recommend Wee Watch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having chosen Wee Watch as our son's day care organization is one of the best decisions we've ever made. The coordinators have always been incredibly responsive and reliable when it comes to finding the right placement for our child, one time even on short notice when we had to move regions due to a job change. During the pandemic we've been supported and well informed since day one. We've felt incredibly fortunate that Wee Watch has been operational during lockdowns, eliminating the need to take unpaid leave from work which is a source of stress for so many these days. I attribute this to the well organized, strict safety protocols and diligence of all providers and coordinators.
Additionally, Wee Watch has home visitors that take the time to interact with each child and provide a monthly report on what they observe them learning and doing - its super cute. They also follow up with parents to allow an opportunity to address any concerns or answer questions.
Natalia, our provider is the greatest! We look forward to our cheery greeting every morning. My son is always smiling when I drop him off and the same when I pick him up. As parents, we rest assured that he gets the same level of care and love as he would if we left him with a family member.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very lucky to have found Wee Watch. Our daughter has been under their care since she was 1 year old and they have always been very professional and reliable. They found us home daycare placements with awesome care providers and they always address our questions and concerns in a timely manner.
Our current daycare provider, Beatriz, is the answer to our prayers. She is so loving and caring to our little one that she feels completely at home with her and loves going to "school" every day. She is also learning so many things! I really like the Wee Watch learning programs and the progress reports we get regularly from the supervisors that visit the homes. However, what I love the most is the homey feeling and small class size (no more than 6 kids per home). We know our kid is having a fair share of attention and that her individual characteristics are appreciated. We have really seen our daughter thriving under Beatriz care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our son, Damien, absolutely adores Miss Shamine, always has a huge smile and arms stretched out ready for a hug in the morning! We are extremely happy with the loving, caring, nurturing environment that is provided by Miss Shamine for Damien and his friends. She is super helpful whenever we ask for tips on behavioural traits, eating/playing/sleeping habits. We love it how she always takes the time to tell us about Damien's day when we pick him up. We've noticed positive changes in Damien since he's been going to Miss Shamine and it's been an absolute joy watching him grow everyday amongst his peers. The best part of our day is when we receive pictures and/or videos at 12.30 pm, everyday, showing us how much fun Damien is having . Infact, he has so much fun there, sometimes he doesn't want to leave but wants to keep playing! ? We would like to thank Miss Shamine and all the other providers out there for taking such good care of our little ones, we really appreciate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I filled out an online application and was set up with an interview with one childcare provider. I was warned in advance that based on the area where I live there were not many options available. I was OK with this. I work from home so if I had to drive out a bit further for care, it would not be a huge inconvenience.
After the one interview, I requested to meet with anyone else that they had available. I did not feel the first person would be a good fit. I was told they would get back to me with other providers that I could meet. After a few days I called back to see where they were in the process, I was told that someone would call me back that day. 2 days went by and I never received a phone call. I called yesterday and was told someone would get back to me by the end of the day. Today I called again and was told someone would reach out to me by phone or email by the end of the day... NOTHING.
I know working with the public can be hard. Most companies these days are understaffed. Especially when it comes to childcare, I can imagine that there is an exceptionally high demand these days.
I am not giving a 1 star review based on the fact that I have not been called back. My review is based on the fact that I was TOLD I would be called back several times this week and it has not happened. If you are busy and overwhelmed, I get that. Please in future give people a reasonable time line for call backs. If you can't get back to me for 1+ week, then at least I know and can set my expectations accordingly. Telling me "So and so will call you back by the end of the day." just irritates me when I see the end of the day comes and I have not had a call back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a baby during COVID and were hesitant with everything and everyone! We met some great care providers during our transition to daycare for our 12 month old, but the best was landing with Lina. Christine felt we would be a great match and put us on waiting list for her. Lina is amazing and we always feel our little one is comfy, safe and well taken care of. Thanks Wee Watch!
