It's been a pleasure doing business with them.
An unexpected bonus: expecting to huddle outside in the November chill of a Canadian lineup, I was summoned to come directly in to be served.
Though I'm sure that doesn't happen all the time (the lady who came in after me was also delighted at the speed of service) it made everything even better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Service Ontario has the most amazing customer service. All the employees have great amazing customer service and they are super friendly and nice. If you live in the west end close to the Niagara region. I highly recommend going to this location service is fast and friendly attitude. There services are more friendlier then the Toronto Locations. They keep to high standard of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Used Car Sales kit for $20 for my uncle's car (who passed away). Service Ontario screwed it up, printed wrong car info, wrong owner, wrong everything on the kit. Went back a few days later when I noticed. They said sorry, but no refunds on their mistake and that'll be another $20 to fix it and print a new one. Seriously??? Update. My concerns were addressed by head office and resolved. That's awesome for a govt. run business. Changed from 1, to 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast, always in and out very quick. Have done a few things here like getting new plates, changing ownerships, renewing licenses and I’m always out in 10 minutes or less. Compared to other locations that have massive lines and slow workers I’d rather drive further to come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing service. On and out in less than 5 minutes including wait time. There's a young gentleman here who is just a machine, plowed through two requests ahead of me in a couple of minutes each and took care of both of my requests practically instantly.
Can't compliment the location enough. Professional, courteous, fast, efficient, and knowledgeable.
