★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't even deserve a star. Terrible service. I ordered bar stools from them they said 10 days. After almost 3 weeks I call and they say they have just received the shipment but need to assemble and they would call me. 3 days later I call again and they say the stools didn't arrive and are out of stock. They sat with my money for 3 weeks. They offered a refund, when I went to collect the refund the young girl couldn't have cared less. Do not order from this store bound to lead to disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in the shop we were helped by David. He was fantastic, knowledgeable, patient and walked us through the options for various stools for our newly renovated kitchen. Lots of options and selection, they have several display models but also fabric and material options not on display. We returned with product samples but were disappointed to see he wasn't working... This time a woman helped us and she was also fantastic and we narrowed down the options and picked out our stools. Canadian products, and they'll do the assembly and we're looking forward to picking them up in a few weeks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is long overdo. We purchased 5 custom made stools--2 bar height and 3 counter height...about 13 years ago.
The metal frame is still in pristine condition...even where the feet are placed. Not a single scratch. We loved the fabric and were concerned if it would fade or be difficult to clean. However, the material is still in perfect condition. We had guests over recently and they thought the chairs were brand new.
This speaks volumes for the quality. We would recommend this company wholeheartedly.
