Solid gold = solid lies. After waiting over 2 years for them to get back to us, understanding Covid delays, we periodically followed up, then they finally picked up the broken furniture. When we purchased the furniture we were skeptical about the β€œair” leather, because of the flaking and falling apart of the surfaces we have expected in the past. Well no worrying just purchase the extended solid gold warranty it covers that said the store saleman, stains rips tears, too good to be true. We were absolutely correct. After about 20 different phone calls we learnt that the sales man was fired, the manager has moved on, the original person who came to the house disappeared, I kid you not….. the stories continued. At one point they played it off as my Girlfriend (who’s dark skinned) was wanting a deal typical of her culture. The tone changed very quickly when I got involved. They totally forgot about the racial complaints, it disappeared from the record, swept under the rug. We experienced tearing just after 6 months. A man by the name of Scott came to the house, we later followed up with Ron, but after 4 months of them sending back the furniture every time we ask to speak to a supervisor (Tim apparently is the Reginal manager) we are told someone will get back to us. When they delivered the furniture back, they smacked into walls and leaving the garbage behind. This has been by far the worst experience I should have checked the reviews before buying.Stay away, you will only frustrate yourself shopping here. Bad boy is a bad decision !

Bad Boy literally lives up to its name. We ordered a sofa and rug back in November 2021 and still nothing received. We spent over $3000 and this company cannot even be reached by phone. Obviously they are avoiding calls from irate customers. We are not even going to get our money back. This is a terrible place to get furniture. I would avoid at all costs. I gave them one star for merely existing. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Do not buy from Bad Boy. Certainly don't expect them to honor their warranty. I have called half a dozen times now and they refuse to provide warranty coverage on a failure clearly covered in their warranty. The customer service rep says a manager will call and they never do. Don't waste your money. Avoid this company and buy from a reputable store!! The old commercial of the guys in prison clothes is accurate.

Bought two pillows from bad boy. Took one out to try when I got home- terrible quality (too soft for my liking). Tried to return them to the store to be told all sales are final. They would not even take back the sealed pillow. Let the buyer beware

Don't EVER buy from this company! Two years of back and forth for failed appliances and they will NOT honor their warranties! Asked to speak to a manager and no one ever calls! They also note on their end what suits them best! I just called on Friday and was told a manager would call me by 4pm. No one called and when I called back 3 days later they said there was no note of me calling! Worst company ever! Take your business elsewhere!

Noticed a 3.1 star rating which takes me by surprise. This is the second time in approx. 1 year where I purchased a number of items at this location and each occasion has been incredible in terms of service and working with us to establish delivery dates that accommodated us. In an era where good customer service seems to be harder and harder to find I could not be more pleased with the staff at the Burlington location. Thank you Jamal and Jennifer for our recent experience

Great service. Fast delivery. No problems. Needed to replace my old fridge and BadBoy had inventory of exactly what I wanted at the best price around. I certainly know where to go for all my future appliance needs. Bought a Samsung 36” French door with water and ice. Model RF27T5201SR/AA .The water is so much colder than my old fridge and the spacemax design gives me lots of storage.

I am so disappointed. It is my first experience with Lastman's Bad Boy, and it will be my last. I ordered a toaster online on February 28th. The only information I received was a receipt, and the status of "in progress" when I would sign into my account. By April 1st, I contacted the email address provided and asked if there was an expected time of arrival. I received a voice mail message saying mid-April. By the end of April, I hadn't heard anything, so I sent another message to the email. No email was returned. I called and sat on hold for over an hour before I had to hung up. I emailed again and no message back. I called again and sat on hold until I hung up. I had assumed that my local store couldn't help me, but I gave up and called them anyway. The gentleman who answered was very kind, but told me that the toaster was discontinued. He told me that he was disappointed because they gave them away as a promotion in April and it was unfortunate that he didn't know that one had been ordered online. He looked for some in locations nearby, but had no success. I asked him how I go about getting a refund if I cannot get through by email or by phone. He offered to send a message to his contact at E-commerce and also cc: the warehouse in case there was another toaster sitting somewhere. I once again emailed, just in case. I've heard nothing. It isn't a huge amount of money but quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had with a store. I will never shop there. I wouldn't even give it one star, but I didn't have a choice.
