Kent and his team are fantastic! I recently got a remote start installed in my Honda civic. Service was fast and efficient. Remote start works great, although I started to have an issue with it not long ago and reached out to Kent and he was MORE then happy to help and get it fixed! GREAT customer service! Will definitely be back for anything and everything car electronics or when I'm in the market for a new tv! Thanks again Kent!

Awesome service and a pro installation! Bought a new stereo to add some modern conveniences to my aging 2005 Ford Escape. Not only did Kent give me a great deal on a new touch screen, bluetooth unit with Apple Car Play, the install looked like it came out of the factory that way. Super happy and a great way to extend the life of my car.

I recently contacted Keith’s Audio for ideas on upgrading my wife’s factory sound system in her 2013 Chevy Trax. I was promptly contacted by Kent, who help me throughout the entire process and was great to deal with. He answered all my questions, (which I had many of) and gave me a few ideas of what I could get within my budget. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the future.

I was in the market for a carplay radio, i liked the idea of a hands free way to enjoy my music, phone calls and text while maximizing safety. I went to visions first but then came across a small business owner at Keiths audio so i decided to give my business to the local small business. I spoke to kent and was taken aback by the knowledge he had, but i had no idea what was to follow. I came back a few times to discuss the carplay radio choice with him, one time waiting up to an hour to speak to him because he was busy with an install. After a few days I chose a unit i wanted and went back to the store and asked Kent if he would price match the unit i had in mind but Kent advised me that the unit i wanted was not a compatible carplay unit. He upsold me to a unit that he said was a carplay unit and i bought it because he’s the β€œprofessional”. I received a new iPhone over the holidays and was worried, so i sent Kent a text message asking him if the new phone i got was compatible but he did not respond to my text. I did not press because i felt i was being bothersome and it was the holidays, fast forward to a week later on the installation day, kent texts me and tells me he can start a little earlier than scheduled so i went. After about an hour and a half of waiting, the install is done and his install guy tells me the radio i purchased is not a carplay so i confronted him. He acted as if he had no idea what i was talking about, i had a busy day booked for my kids so i couldn’t get him to take it out, his response was β€œtry it for a few weeks”. After i left a one star review Kent reached out in an attempt to β€œmake it right” he insisted that he would make me happy, but his solution was for me to again buy a carplay unit, this did not sit right with me because we spoke 3 times about it and my receipt which i have posted clearly says carplay, also the texts which i will post say the same thing. After i told him i felt i shouldn’t have to pay anymore because he already up-sold me to a unit he said was carplay he stopped replying to my text messages, i waited a few weeks and still no response. Kent displayed a lack of integrity, i feel i been fair in not posting a review giving him ample time to make it right but additional cost of the unit was not worth the happiness of his customer that he misled, and up to this day has not admitted that he made the mistake. I will be posting this review in other places and also letting people know because i feel i have deceived. i have never felt more disrespected in my life, i will stick to the big box stores next time.

Brought my 89 Corvette in for hissing noise with the stereo. He knew right away what the problem was and fixed it within a few hours. Kent is real professional. Highly recommended

My husband insisted we take my car to Keith's to get a remote car starter installed. I'm very happy that he did. The service was a 100% improvement over Visions. I am very happy with the product, pricing and service. Thank you.

I have a Dodge Caravan 2020 and wanted to upgrade my head unit to a unit that supports Android Auto.I checked out a few places and got quotes also with Keith.He sent me a quote which was not the cheapest but mid range.I accepted the quote and arranged for the unit to be installed.The installation happened I paid and when I got into my vehicle I connected my Samsung and the Android Auto did not work.He said he just tested it and it was working.After not getting it to work I suggested lets factory reset the unit which I did and it worked.Thinking okay well now all is good I put my vehicle in reverse and my camera's image quality was really bad.Keith then told me he will get back to me and that it might be incompatible.I left and saw that my trim plate was damaged which I then immediatly called him and he then said that it could not have been him and I know for a fact that there was nothing wrong with it before I got there.My unit now whilst driving just powers down and then back up which I have also mentioned to him.When I call he does not answer.He only responds by text or email.Its been more than 3 weeks now and he has yet to resolve my issues.I am very dissapointed.$1300 later and a very unsatisfied customer.I am so dissapointed that someone can be such a crook.If I dont text or email I hear nothing from him.I would never recommend this guy

I scheduled an appointment with Kent to have new speakers along with an amp and sub installed in my ram. I made this appointment 2 weeks in advance and schedule it for 10:00 in the morning on a Monday. My 1st experience was Kent arriving late for the appointment and then finding out how long it was actually going to take when I wasn't told in the beginning but that wasnt a deal breaker. Talking to another guy, I realized we were double booked which still wasnt a huge issue. Then I realized how disorganized he was because he couldn't even find my appointment and didn't know what he was doing to my truck. When he told me he had a million things going on, it was at that point I realized I don't really trust him to take care of my truck if he can't even be on time for his customers and figure out what he's doing that day. Im so glad i took a day off work for this non-sense. Would not recommend.
