Customer service!! Dropped by for some help with a new to me turntable that I thought required a new stylus. 10 Minutes with Paul and some tweaking and I was on my way. They did not sell me something I didn't need! I will definitely be back! Thanks Paul!

Just bought a new sports car and wanted to put in a top of the line system. The sales staff was amazing, they all collaborated and came up with a killer design based on my cars space and limitations. The installation was unbelievable too. I just told the installer I wanted something that stood out and what I got was so unreal it made the manufacturers website. Big shout out to Adam for helping with the design and Christian isn't an installer, he's an artist. I was blown away by what he did. Had to work out some kinks after the fact too and the customer service was top notch. They fixed up everything and helped me with everything. I'd put 6 starts if I could.

Absolutely Terrible Service!!!! Came in to get an interlock installed. My car worked perfectly. Sat all afternoon waiting and at the end of the day they finally come to tell me that they can't start my car. Then tried several times to say that it's my car, not their unqualified technician that caused the issue. They left my car trapped in their underground garage and turned their back on me and said its my problem and I am responsible to get it towed out of their garage. All at my own expense. My car worked perfectly fine before they brought it in the shop. They should be responsible for getting my car to a garage and paying for the diagnostics and repair as they 100% caused whatever issue it has. The person I'm dealing with has been completely ignorant and turned his back on me saying it's my problem. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE.

Great service! The speakers in my car doors were corroded and the Bluetooth wouldn’t work. It was easy to get an email quote for the work, I got an appointment quickly and the work was really well done and sounds great. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the price was very affordable. Great job Tony and Tommy. Much appreciated.

I’ve had an awesome experience with East Hamilton Radio. Originally I had my work truck taken to them a couple years back to put in a new radio and that worked out great. So, this time I took my personal car there which is a BMW 3 series. Adam Aldgate was the sales rep upstairs at the Car audio department and he gave me a great discount since I’m a student. He is a very nice guy! Very friendly and a fair person welling to not just sell you something but help put together something great for you. Then I met the great artist Andrew Youkhana! Andrew is a solid character who takes pride in what he does and is very meticulous, passionate, upfront and honest. He is the technician who worked on my car and he knows his stuff. I bought a radio, amp and a sub and was sitting upstairs reading a book waiting for the installation to be done when Andrew came up and said that he changed the radio and the car sounds great and that I don’t need the sub I was buying because I would be wasting my money since my car came with a Harmen Kardon audio system. I appreciated his honest and knowledgeable expertise. He explained everything thoroughly. Then he suggested me subs that were way more powerful and were on sale for $1100.00 less than the retail price. He installed them for me and now my car is professionally sound detend and does not make a rattling noise anymore even at high frequencies. He went above and beyond his job requirements, to me that’s a clear extension of his character. I am going back to put in speakers and an amp this Friday, exchanging the radio for an even better one. I was so satisfied by their service that I’m taking my upgrade even further. I love it when I see talented people who are honest, friendly and willing to help you. These are qualities that I look for and I was happy to receive. I’m very pleased with the products I purchased and service I received at East Hamilton Radio’s Car Audio department and would honestly recommend Andrew and Adam to anyone looking for great deals and great service.
