★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would leave this place 0 stars if I could after how my partner was treated this morning.
He ordered a Sony stereo receiver (paid in full) last Saturday as a Christmas present and told it would be in this week past. When he hadn't heard anything he called yesterday afternoon asking if it was in and was told that it was.
He goes in this morning at opening, and after being talked down to by the sales staff and rudely greeted with "What brings you into our store" he was told that it was sold to someone else yesterday. I'm not sure what the point of ordering something and paying for it was if it wasn't going to be held. This is extremely poor business practice and if I did this to one of my customers I would lose my job.
He was ready to purchase a Cambridge audio amp for ourselves today but the service out of this place is so incredibly lacking we will never buy anything here ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just purchased a new LG 50” television from this store to replace a 7 year old Panasonic 50” plasma that suddenly stopped working. I went in with an idea of what I wanted to replace it with but luckily I met Armando and he was extremely helpful. Without being the slightest bit pushy, he enlightened me as to the advantages of my final selection and I was very impressed with his professionalism and product knowledge. For less than a couple of hundred dollars over what I originally had budgeted, I am getting a far superior television. Big thanks, Armando!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy their extended warranty! Made a service call on May 3rd for our TV and have yet to hear anything. I have been reaching out to their warranty provider and they have explained to me the repair/replace quote has been sitting with Visions with no response and reminders have been sent so out of their hands. Visions head office tells me I just have to wait my turn. Unacceptable customer service!

Kane Harwood was not only knowledgeable about the products but also kind. He helped me a great deal to make the best choice. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought LG HU810P projector from this store on Dec 17 2021. It is a Christmas present. I paid full price same day. Not get before Christmas. After lunar new year 2022 ( Feb 1, 2022).Still nothing arrived.
Today is Feb. 11, 2022. still not get this projector.
Already 8 weeks. after I paid full price. no any information.
even said maybe another 4 weeks or more.

I did return this product this morning. February 15, 2022. Even if I never have.
The salesperson said it was because there were no chips. LG cannot manufacture this product.
There is nothing wrong with storage. All because LG cannot supply this product.
He also said that sometimes customers may have to wait a year for a product.
wait a year for the product, for me it is not acceptable.
if you don't have it. Why are you selling it.
I changed it to 3 stars.
