★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to The Source at Lime Ridge to find a laptop for university. Mariam helped us find what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable about the best laptops for school and told us all about the warranty policy. It was a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, i got two lines on phones with bell at their store. I was paying more than usual amount. They haven’t yet resolved my matter and not yet refunded any money that i gave them. Whenever ask they said their district manager was resolving it but they are on the same page haven’t do anything. My advice don’t trust whatever plan they offered. Employees get their commission once they sell and product to customer . When that product starts giving problem to customer they do nothing. This store should be closed. I recommend not visit them. I’m got to much frustrated that I’m gonna filing a case on them soon. They should start working on it . And Tell their district manager too. Shame shame shame on their service!!!!!!

She was fantastic with her attitude right to trying to find us product in the back to ensure we were happy also brought up bell and virgin for our member benefits and I'm guessing fishing for phones in a pretty decent way very happy with her help and hope she can get others in that store on her page

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, advice never visit. They try to sell expensive stuff to people only to make commissions. They sell me two lines on bell. Expensive!!!! Yet they charged me higher bill every time than usual price that they offered. It’s been seven months they haven’t yet resolved my issue. Now the bell put more amount on my bank trans union for credit that i not supposed to pay them. Instead of resolving it they escalate my matter by giving excuses. They didn’t give me any refund for the upside but payment that i should not supposed to pay them. Every time they says their district manager resolving it but i still haven’t yet resolved it’s been seven months. I advise never visit them nor buy any product. Shame shame shame on their service.!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there last weekend. The team is amazing they made me feel fantastic. First pro experience I experienced. I had a back pain they brought me a chair from their storage and they spend almost 3 hours helping me with a big face smile. I was happy and surprised of how much this team is well trained and how good their service is. They explained each service and product easy details. Also, they saved me a lot of money and they did whatever I asked him politely. Thank you very much for helping me that day with the chair and with the services you got saved me a lot of money I appreciate all your help and especially Kyla she was the one that was dealing with me afterwards. She's the one whom suggested and provided me how much I can save if I switch to Bell mobile they even gave me store credit worth $150 also she waved the activation fee for me Plus I got one year crave app activation code for 1 year for free. Once again thanks for making my day amazing that day and thanks for all the help I really feel tremendous by the service you guys provided thank you very much one love ❤️ amazing team.
