Was talking with the manager (Brian) and he said he had to step out for a moment. He never came back... Was waiting for him in the store for 30+ mins. Worst customer experience ever. Manager is incompetent or lazy... Poorly run store.

So upper James Rogers ran out of phone's so we had to go to limeridge mall. We dealt with a woman named Cristy who was amazing. Friendly and helpful. But their computers are always having issues so they have to do it by phone and it takes forever. They need to fix their system. There is to much wait time just for a new new cellphone

This place will tell you what you want to hear or what they want you to hear so they can get rid of you. I hate to call it a lie...but if the shoe fits! The on the phone Rogers staff tell you to go to the store. The Rogers store tells you to call the on the phone staff. Nothing gets solved and all you seem to get is the run around. Rogers appears to only want to see their name on sports centers rather than to sell a reasonable cable product any more.....so sad! Still can't get our issue resolved ?

Visited today to potentially trade in our iPhone 11 for the new Samsung Z fold. The Rogers contact centre advised us to visit the store to get a trade value for our iPhone. We were greeted at the door and we explained our reason for the visit. The store representative gave us a price off the top of her head and walked away. Rogers as a business needs to better train their staff, regardless if the store is corporate or franchised owned. This particular representative is damaging the Rogers brand. We give this store a one star, but the Rogers contact centre always delivers good service

1 star customer communication at this mall location, went in talked with rogers representative , worked out a plan on new phone and data usage, settled on a price said give me a day or 2 have been with fido 11 years so wanted to give them a chance to step up before I stepped over , had been in fido store next door but was long line rogers had none,so walked in saw decent price on the apple 13 set up a price with rep like i said, went back to same this same store talked to same guy to finalize our previous verbal conversation , he says oh that deal is over last night, never once did he communicate in our conversation that this was only a promo and was going to be over, after he heard me say give me a day or 2 ,so now I’m out the promotion because the salesman didnt explain everything that was happening with that phone and plan, maybe long line next door was a sign…….

Do you want your phone plan messed up so bad that you will be calling Rogers for the next two months to get everything fixed? Then come to the Lime Ridge Mall Rogers store. Went in January 5th to upgrade a phone, and left with my family plan so mangled, we’re incurring charges for everything because they removed every add-on without telling us! Two trips back to the store, two phone calls to Rogers customer service, and two more phone calls to their β€œescalations team/management office”, and I finally all overcharges reversed! Now we’re just β€œpending approval” for them to restore the original cost of my plan, because when they restored it, my plan magically increased! Just amazing! We’ve been with Rogers for 15 years, and let me tell you how excited we are to tell these people where to go in two years when these latest contracts are up!
