★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was horrible- after being upset over the phone, I was told by the manager Jen “ listen I’m being really nice to you” ... you’re supposed to be nice to customers whether they complain about something or not. I tried to exchange for a SIZE and the shirts were brand new never worn. Never have I ever had such bad customer service. Will never shop at this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do love the clothes here, as they are usually great quality and timeless pieces. The customer service lately is lacking big time though. I saw some new arrivals but my size wasn't on the floor, so I asked an employee if they could check in the back since he already someone else with that anyway. He told me that he doesn't know much about the women's and to ask someone else. He was the only one at the floor and the others were just hanging out in registers. The checkout process took forever... 4 employees but only 1 register open and only 1 customer in front of me buying a couple of items. What should've been done in 10 min at most took twice as long. And the girl scanning my items stopped mid transaction to join in on the personal conversations the others were in the midst of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mid-priced store is great when I need something formal for the husband. Good range of selection and often a sale item to be found. I called ahead this past week and told them I needed to pick up a shirt and tie. By the time I arrived they had pulled a selection for me. I do not usually shop this way but the circumstances were delicate and the staff were sensitive and professional. Thank you so much for your help, RW.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful employees and management! Had a situation happen with an item I purchased in store that was to be mailed to me. I was directed to customer service to get it rectified and they made the situation worse. I called the store to see if they could do anything further since customer service was useless. They not only refunded me but gave me a $20 gift card for the inconvenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there with my daughter on Saturday and the customer service was extraordinary. Saleslady's name is Marilyn and she remembered my daughter from a previous shopping experience. She was helping find sizes, styles and things we might not have seen. We will definetly be back! Cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is it just me or has the prices increased and the service gone down hill? I don't want to feel guilty for having to return a pair of pants they mis-measured me in? The attitude from what I'm assuming is from the manager is uncalled for. I used to have a young lady help me shop for my daughter in-law, Kirstin I think, but havent seen her in a while. You have a great selection but im tired of feeling like a burden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went to return my order which was purchased online. The employee started talking to us with a prejudice that we are the same customer who came day before to return some products. She was very rudely from get go and gave me store credit only as I have ordered online on Dec 26 although my order was dispatched on Dec 30 and received on Jan 6 and 10. I was un aware of this try to make her understand however because of her pre conceived notion there was no understanding. I also showed that the clothes were ripped and why should i get store credit but no understanding. I still let it go and then she accused that my wife came to return the same goods day before and we stick the tags back on cloths and trying to return today. She just demonstrated how foolish she is. How a person can reinstate broken tags. She said she will show me video of my wife came last night. I request to see that, then she said she cannot show & i need to come back when manager is in the store. She did not provide her name nor manager’s name. Her employee #555607. I was extremely shocked and deeply disturbed after this treatment with RW&CO.
