★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disappointed by the service of cashier. It felt like we were joke to her. The incident happened today around 4:35ish pm, two girls were there at the counter. while I was waiting for someone to cash out. She said “I can help you over here” and then suddenly she transferred me onto the next till even though two guy behind me were just looking over and he already told we are not ready yet, while I was at the counter only and she already about to scanned my item, suddenly she transferred me! if she really wanna help she could have said that other cashier gonna help them. The way she talked is unacceptable. That felt absolutely disrespectful and rude. The worst experience someone can ever have at the checkout. I wouldn’t visit this place again.

I purchased a big order in store when I went home I found a denim short missing so I went to the store they refused to give me the short and they said they cannot do anything and the cashier pretend to be the manager!!! ,so I contacted customer service they assumed they check the cameras after several days and tries they close the case and still I paid for something i didn’t actually have it………..Worst experience ever never coming back to this store again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude employers and non existent customer service. Also very bad return policy in place that doesn't allow you even to exchange after 2 weeks. The cashiers pretend to be the managers all the time and not willing to help you with any issue you have. The attitude they have its very disrespectful and is the worst i had in a store by far. Its clear that taking more money from you its their only concern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited 'Urban Planet' at Lime Ridge Mall with my Daughters on Sunday, February 13, 2022, to exchange items purchased from 'Urban Planet' online. The attendant refused to exchange the items & directed us to go their neighbouring store 'Urban Behaviour'! The receipt/paperwork CLEARLY stated, "To return your online purchase to any Urban Planet, Urban Behaviour, Sirens, Stitches or Urban Kids near you, please bring your items with your order invoice." It's pretty ridiculous that they have staff working there who don't even know their own exchange/return policies. I wouldn’t shop here again, much less online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service was AWFUL. There was a line up of 20 people and only one cash was open. No one else who works there decided to open up another cash to start checking out the rest of the line. I stood and waited (as the third person in line) for 15 minutes! Many other customers were complaining about the ridiculous wait. This is not the first time this has happened, it's probably the 3rd time I've dealt with waiting in a line (even a small line of 3 people) and waited 15 minutes. There are also many pieces of jewellery that are missing from thier packs, due to theft, yet they are still left on the floor for people to purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large two level location with a wide variety of items. They often have good deals that vary weekly. Sales staff were helpful in explaining different jean styles and answering sizing questions. Sometimes the shoe section is messy during the end of the day and it's hard to locate items.
