★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is a little crowded and tough to reach items that are displayed up high. You need to wait for an associate to help you which is tricky when busy. But good prices, sales, and friendly, helpful staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to bluenotes to do an exchange on a pair of Jean's, was told the manager (Sierra) was in the washroom. Waited about 15 minutes and then asked if they could check incase she fell in perhaps. They responded that she has another 15 minutes until her lunch is done. Not the employees fault, but management should allow employees to do exchanges if they plan to sit on the toilet playing on their phones instead of handling customers.
Not impressed Sierra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great jeans, extremely light and rather durable. sadly the graphic t shirts had been phased out but the shirts that replace them are worth getting. Service is great and the staff is quite friendly. Sadly the store size is terribly narrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An inexpensive place to buy trendy clothes. Definitely for the young at heart, the store is packed with many options for very affordable, casual clothing. If you're looking for high-quality this may not be your store. Often the store has a crowded feel to it. Somewhat dishevelled, I have many times seen unpacked cases of clothing stacked in the aisles. This store offers a variety of clothes including jeans for both men and women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving this place 5 stars only because Cayden was so kind and helpful. Alexis was rude to me, but Cayden made it up by being a great employee, helping me find what I needed. Definitely needed that help, especially during the buisness during the holidays.
