Special thank you to Alisa who works there, she always hunts down exactly what I am looking for, and makes sure I get what I want. She knows Aritzia's style and products through and through. Will be back many many times. Cannot beat the quality at Aritzia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to say thank you to the staff at this Aritzia for always taking care of me and my staff, friends and family. Shoutout to Alisa and Veronica "Ronnie" for helping me out. I love the personal stylist appointments that I can make to help me save time and to create a curated wardrobe to my requested events. The staff always reach out to me to remind me of their exclusive promotions and to notify me in advance when they are going on in case I need a clothing size reserved. Honestly, I cannot say enough great things about the quality of the clothes, the customer care and love I always receive. Thank you so much Alisa, Ronnie and the Aritzia team!! XOXO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't shop here. Rude employees, rude manager. If you want to be followed around and questioned if we are actually shopping for something. Are you kidding me why do you think I'm there? If you want to be profiled while you shop this is the place for you. The manager was of no help.

The staff at this location always have incredible advice when it comes to styling outfits and achieving a proper fit. Thank you all so much!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually go to this location and I’ve never had issues, but the last few times it’s been horrible, I walk in and pick up one item and there’s already a girl asking if she can take it from me to “hold it” in the changing room area, she kept on following me throughout the store and kept on asking to take any items I touched or picked up. Once I was in the change room and needed other sizes for my items, the girl completely ignored me, she asked every single person in that changing area if they needed help but ignored me completely even tho I was asking for help. Overall the last few times I’ve been to this location it’s been horrible. These girls need to learn some respect and need to stop being so sassy and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my friends and i went to this location and it was the worst experience i’ve ever had at an aritzia, getting stared at like we were going to steal, my friend even went in to try on clothes and overheard one of the employees to watch out for her because she might steal. never going back, also their attitudes were disgusting. racial profiling at its finest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good experience once they new I was shopping for my daughter in law. I felt at first they didn't greet me like they did the younger ones. I'm 65 and could wear some of the clothing etc jeans some tops no crop tops. I like this store so please welcome all ages the same.
