Editing my review now that my blood has stopped boiling. I walked in yesterday, wanting to buy a phone case. All of the products are locked on the shelves so you have to wait in line to ask someone to grab you something but the two people there were both pre-occupied giving technical support to customers. I had 2 people in front of me (I think, you can’t tell because there’s no clear indication of a line). I left the store and came back 20 minutes later and the same people were still waiting. I waited for maybe 10 minutes longer and the girl in front of me was finished a simple purchase. Then someone came from out of nowhere, as he was next in line (again no line). He goes up to the cash and now starts talking technical support again. Jesus, you are probably losing hundreds, if not thousands of $ a day from people who just want to walk in and make a purchase. Do yourselves a favour dedicate 1 person to purchases and another to services. I literally drove across the street to buy the same product and was in and out of the store in 3 minutes.

We went to Jump+ on Mon Jan 3rd as my daughters computer screen was cracked abs she couldn’t use her computer to study for her upcoming university exam. Adam in service was so empathetic and went above and beyond to help us out as he could see the stress my daughter was under. Thank you Adam for the absolute outstanding service. Your employers are very lucky to have someone like you working for them.

I purchased an iPhone 13 pro unlocked and in full on Friday Dec 31st. Paying almost $1600, I opened only the phone, no accessories to try and setup. I was excited for this phone, however switching from android proved to not be that easy. I have done this before many times, but just couldn't get this to work as I needed it too. Aside from the transfer, a few other things just wouldn't work as I would like it too, or was advertised as it should. So I wanted to bring it back as I am very unsatisfied at this point. Jump plus will not return the product, despite only being 2 days old, flat out refuse. So I guess customer satisfaction is a thing of the past? I mean for a $1600 purchase you'd hope there would be some level of wanting to make sure your customers are happy. They even advertise selling open box items...how can you do that if you dont take things back? I am very unhappy. Update : I am more than capable to setup a new phone on my own. Been doing it for many a year, and I don't appreciate the condescending approach on your reply. You are missing the point entirely. There is absolutely no reason to not take a product back like this, especially being only 2 days old.

My MacBook was in dire need of a battery replacement. I was fortunate enough to get a service appointment online and arrived to meet Bill. Bill unfortunately was just dealing to a disgruntled customer who didn't have an appointment but he maintained his poise. Bill was prompt and very courteous about answering any questions pertaining to cost, time frame and backing up the computer. I left feeling that my computer was in great hands. In a couple days, I received the long awaited call (it was clear to me that I rely on my computer too much) that my battery has been replaced and the computer was ready to be picked up. I was greeted by the technician, Adam, who completed the repair. Adam was an absolute pleasure to speak to. He walked my through what had been replaced, ensured that the computer was in proper working and operational order and assured me to contact him if I had any further questions. Thank you to the entire team at Jump+ :)

Excellent service! Booked an appointment; no wait time. Daniel is knowledgeable, patient and professional. He took the time to analyze the issue with my iPad and offered suggestions to resolve it. Great communication and follow through: a timeline and price were provided to make the necessary repair and was completed as promised and on time. Once the issue was resolved, Daniel took the time to assist me in conducting the next steps to retrieve data. Fantastic experience! Will definitely be my go-to place for Apple products and support in the future. Thank you Daniel and Jump+!

I usually never leave reviews, but the service I received here was really impressive and I feel it's only right to leave a positive review. Best service I've received from an Apple store. Laptop space-key was broken and sticky - they took it and fixed it in two days with excellent communication throughout. Tyler, my service agent, was easy to communicate with and was very helpful. It turned out that my laptop also qualified for the Apple keyboard program, which meant that my entire keyboard + battery was replaced free of charge, and this was communicated to me fairly quickly. I would without hesitation return to Jump+ if I ever require help with Apple products again.

I couldn't have had a better experience with the staff at this location. I brought my MacBook in for some updating issues and a loose screen hinge and they saw me so quickly. I had the pleasure of being helped at first by Bill who provided me with excellent customer service and some incredibly helpful general tech advice too! They had my computer for about 3 days and I was expecting it to take a week or longer but to my pleasant surprise it was ready to be picked up within days of leaving it with them. The service technician Matt who fixed my computer gave me every piece of important information that I needed to know regarding my computer and it's issues which was awesome - he didn't leave anything out which helped me understand my computer much better. There were a few other tech associates that were apart of my easy, enjoyable experience but didn't get their names! :( Everybody there is more than willing to help you get what you need and they really strive for their customers to leave satisfied. I will be going here for all my future Apple needs. Thanks again guys!

I had to go get a new watch charger for travelling. I was immediately greeted by Stephen who brought me to the correct section. I also needed a screen protector replacement done as they are covered under warranty for two replacements. They install the screen protector for you on the spot. Stephen was very gracious and helpful. I appreciate the stellar customer service provided. It was busy with a lot of customers but they made time to assist me right away.
