Prices are not marked on most of the items hence had to take almost all items (i.e. 5 types/variety of trimming tools) to the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't been to other locations, however I think this location is hit or miss on whether they have stock for items you're looking for. Definitely would suggest to use their site and check inventory before going in to the store. Parking is available, however turning in to the parking lot can be tricky as the ramp for the eastbound on the LINC is right there so many vehicles are speeding up right at the exit for the parking lot to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there last night (Dec 22/2022) for the first time to buy a shovel that was $5 cheaper than Home Depot. Couldn’t find it with other shovels and asked the cashier. Inventory showed that they have it and she looked everywhere to find it. Found them in boxes, with another employee they put one of the shovels together for me to see and test and I ended up buying. The customer service of this store is by far above and beyond what I’ve seen in other places. The staff are not only friendly, they are helpful and not pushy. It’s a true outlet store, unlike others that are called and outlet but are not. You can find so many don’t things but you might not find everything. I found their website to be accurate for inventory. Will definitely go back to this place. Thanks to the amazing staff who helped me last night. I would give this review 10 ⭐️s if I could for that customer service.
