I Started bringing my cars here a few years ago for service and repair. I really appreciate the thoughtful communication and the way they provide detailed updates before doing any work. Updates are provided via an excellent texting tool or over the phone. excellent experience all around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own multiple cars ,the first time I had my car fixed they send me pictures of the issue I tough it was very professional,but after I went there with a different vehicle ,they started playing with my time and my money , by not giving me the proper diagnosis only what they want it to fix .this shop is. In a very busy street and they want to do the easy jobs that puts more money in their pocket , you will wait for days before they get back to you , I think Canadian Tire on upper James has better customer service

If you want excellent service, a friendly/family environment that puts your needs, be it big or small ahead of others and makes you feel like you're their only client, then look no further!! My family and I have had 4 cars in their care and never ever have we been disappointed with the work, professionalism, honesty and integrity that Andrew and Alysa constantly provide!! 110% recommend Napa!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing shop! Had a big repair done a few months ago. Steering has been great since. An unrelated issue popped up (dragging heat shield) so I called them up and they accommodated my time and did this repair for free!!! On top of that, their service is speedy, the workers are friendly, on site shop dog is cute as hell, and the bathroom is the cleanest I’ve ever seen in an automotive shop EVER! Oh and few months back I was impressed when they also cleaned my car, inside and out. Just an all around incredible shop with great people. Will exclusively only use them moving forward

They and their team always offer honest, excellent and prompt work plus they treat you like family. A true white glove experience. I have taken my BMW there for the past few years and look forward to servicing my new Mercedes there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm planning to convert a mini cooper to electrical as part of my school project, I searched through google SEO for highly rated auto service and I got NAPA AUTOPRO, no wonder they have highly rated reviews and customers talk high about the service here. I met Andrew when I delivered my car and collect it from Alysa I had a good experience and received a very detailed inspection report which reflect the professionalism of mechanic Mark who carried out the inspection, be assured if you inspect your vehicle here you will have a safe drive, inspected every aspect of the vehicle systems with pictures, videos and very clear narratives. Never received such report by any shop. This repair shop provided high quality service and earned every penny you pay here and owe you the good experience. Though the report was very detailed Alysa took the time to explain and answer my questions about what is essential and what is recommended for safety certificate. Thanks Andrew & Alysa and definitely I recommend their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. They know what they are doing. I had a bad engine problem, and they fixed it. The procedure definitely required a lot of experience and skills. Throughout the process, Andrew explained everything very patiently to me, which made me feel very comfortable. They also updated me on the progress frequently and promptly. I would recommend them. Also, they got a cute dog.

Having a newish BMW M2 I was a bit hesitant but these guys have been a breath of fresh air and amazing to deal with. I couldn’t recommend them more. Extemely knowledgeable and accommodating!
