Although the service ended up costing more than expected, Glenn did a great job of keeping me informed and was honest about what repairs were needed and if desired what could be postponed. Would highly recommend and will be going back for sure.

Got there in person and my tire was fixed and replaced in no time. They actually checked the rest of my tires.
Thumbs up to all Direct source Automotive team??
I will definitely make them my regular go to garage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ girlfriend brought her car here to get winters put on a few weeks ago. Just did her brakes and the wheel nuts were tightened to the point of stupidity. Literally were tightened as hard as their impact goes. Obviously not torqued like they should be. Shouldn't need to use a breaker bar because my impact gun cant get them off. and even then, almost had to kill myself to get them. And it was on the lock nuts too. very annoyed to have to worry about snapping them and potentially having to deal with that nightmare just because you didnt take a few extra minutes to do things properly. wont go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Respectable mechanics at this shop. Discussed with me my options and estimated costs for each option. Very considerate and understanding while also patient and willing to give their knowledge of the situation. They gave an accurate ETA of when the job would be completed.
Would recommend and will go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time coming here and I was pleased with the service, a little pricey but I had to get what I needed done. I saw in the shop they were awarded by the Spec for their break service. So I gave them a shot and got my breaks done. I was pleased and satisfied with how quick and efficient their service was. They finished before estimated time.
Now the reason I gave 3/5 stars was because on my rear bumper two flaps were hanging loose. Two screws could’ve held the flaps in place but instead they decided to tuck one underneath and rip off the left side. It’s not a big issue but I’m a little disappointed because I came to get my breaks done not get my car wrecked.
