I thanked the cashier when leaving and she said nothing ???? Manager should consider staff training in this respect,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOTS OF NICE SANDALS FOR LADIES SIZE 10-11. MOST OF THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ONE WORKER MADE A COMMENT ABOUT TOO MANY BOXES ON THE FLOOR AND SHOES OUT OF THEM. I TOLD HER "I DIDN'T DO IT" AND SHE RAN AWAY!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst staff. Stupid beyond belief. I truly wished I knew the womans name that works there to call her out . Went there for converse for my girl and they ordered them in from another location and when I went to pick them up they weren't the ones I asked for . She argued with me that the chuck Taylor's are all the same and that they are all on back order everywhere. I went to another store at the mall and every one I went to had lots of the shoes and colors for only a few bucks more . Should have just shopped at the mall to begin with. Do not ever go to factory shoe you will regret it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never bought shoes here before but decided to try out a pair of Reebok work boots. They fell apart within 2 months and when I took them in they credited me without any hassle. 10 out of 10 for service. Great selection to choose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I went in for a pair of wide New Balance shoes. We were never greeted by staff at anytime. We asked about the width of shoes but as she answered us she kept on walking. I asked another staff member what the widest shoes was and his reply started with “huh”, he then replied 6E. I asked if they had that and he snapped that he would have to go and look, he left but never came back. As I sat trying on shoes, 3 different staff members walk passed me twice each and never was I spoken to. On the way out my wife mentioned the horrible service to to woman vacuuming near the door who did apologize, but did not shut off the vacuum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is decent despite how busy the place is. It can feel a bit overwhelming due to the sheer size of the store. They sort by brand then size so it's easier to find what you need. They have the one use socks for trying on shoes as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a pair of Clarks Leisa Grace sandals from the Factory Shoe and was very please (and impressed) by their speedy delivery. I love these sandals, they are the third pair I bought (in different colors) as they are so comfortable!! I bought my first pair 3 years for a trip in Europe in which we walked and walked for days and these sandals were so comfortable, I had to buy more. But I just paid less than half the price I had paid for my first pair from a store downtown Ottawa :-) BONUS!!
