★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the store today to purchase a new bike for my son. The staff was super helpful checking to see if the bike I wanted was in stock, taking bikes down to compare frames, and even putting the bell we purchased on the bike for us. Very enjoyable shopping trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to return a Lego set that my husband bought and I had the original receipt. I went right to customer service and met Madhu. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to return it as my husband wasn’t with me and he bought it on his credit card. She was very helpful and assured me she could help me with the return as a one time exception especially since my husband and I use a shared credit card account. It was painless and easy and saved me time from having to get him to return it instead. Great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best and most polite employees encountered at this location. We were buying a gift for a friend's little one and a great employee by the name of Madelyn really went above and beyond her call of duty and offered to wrap the gift for us. She did an amazing job and was super friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We traveled all the way from Pennsylvania to finally get back into a Toys R Us. Our 6 year old talks about the place daily and we finally got the opportunity to take him to one. He had the very best experience. Geoffrey was there and it was a blast from the past for all of us as a family to get to relive walking the aisles full of toys of our favorite toy store. The staff were so friendly and helpful. All-around wonderful day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into this location looking for a receiving blanket, is my nephew‘s security blanket and he’s been upset without it. An employee by the name of Jade was extremely helpful in helping me find that exact cellular receiving blanket. It took her a while but that’s because she was thorough and checked the other locations for me. Great service and her staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely a family friendly store?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into the Toys r Us on Upper Wentworth this past weekend with the kiddos, was surprised by a fun and interactive activity of planting flowers. The kids loved it and the young lady running the activity was lovely, handled everything smoothly and was great with the kids (don’t quite remember her name). My one son is shy, she was very sweet with him as I think she could tell, and he ended up opening up and being his goofy self. We were then helped by another young man who was able to assist us in finding everything we were looking for. Great store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife Janine and I came into the store yesterday to look at baby stuff. We are expecting our first and we had no idea what to get for our registry. Evelyn helped us and the customer service she provided was beyond what either of us could have expected. She not only educated us on strollers, car seats and what we needed, but also shared some sage mom advice. She was clearly passionate about helping us find just the right things for our baby. Thank you so much Evelyn for spending so much time with us and making registering such a breeze!
