★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual I found titles for my collection that could be found elsewhere. Movies older than 10 yrs. British t.v. series and films. A great place to find those Special Edition title sets. Knowledgable and friendly staff who always go an extra step. One option ( great) staff will look up your titles, if any of their locations have them, they can be sent to your store for pickup. Before you order you will be told cost of title/s and will be notified when they arrive. I have used this option and it worked well. John ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEST place to get my dvds. Since rona they took off the pick up at store option to order items but if you just call the store they can get what you want brought to the store free and pay when you pick it up. Really great shop! Staff has always been really help and insightful. It really shows that they love what they do here. They also have a great selection of vinyl but it is a bit expensive compared to some other stores in the hamilton area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from ordering online from them. I ordered two DVDs from them Star Wars episode 4 and 6 both the limited edition versions as pictured on their very poor website. I got the correct episode 4 DVD and they sent me a plain widescreen version of episode 6. They said “the is the one You ordered.” They refused to correct the issue. I’m pretty sure I know what I want and what I ordered. They also charge ridiculous prices. Stay far far away from these people. After, I found what I wanted on Amazon for cheaper and faster delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was good and friendly but the Blu Ray I bought was something called a "Region B Only" disc so I can't actually watch it in North America. Kind of a waste of money but 3 stars for good staff
